I was asked for basic information through multiple people instead of being addressed directly, which made the check-in feel awkward and unstructured. None of this was communicated before hand. Facials are quite direct and a comfortable experience for a client. The environment felt uncoordinated and not what I expected based on the booking and messaging beforehand, so I chose to leave and forfeit the deposit.
