My mother was happy with a prior visit with a different stylist, but today her new stylist had my mom waiting 30-40min when appointment was scheduled in advance with deposit. Overall poor customer service stylist took approximately 4-5 hours. For color,haircut,and crown highlights and there was little no conversation for most of that time. Total was $375 and thats with discount. When she understood $200. Services Hairstyling, Hair coloring The picture below was taken less than a year ago for about $200 but $375 is ridiculous amount for less work today and way much longer in time. Front staff was great in serving a variety of drinks. The only issue I would say is that restroom should be kept clean. read more

Grace has helped me go from a natural dark brown to blonde highlights, cherry cola auburn, to bright copper red all without ever compromising the health of my hair. I frequented this salon for quite some time but after numerous requests regarding the same issue, I finally had to give up. The stylist I frequented consistently left hair dye on my skin. I would ask her to wipe it off with solution (as I've experienced other stylists do in the past at other salons) and she seemed annoyed every time I would bring it up. She had minimal tolerance for me, but this is actually the barest minimum attention to detail. She was harsh in the way she styled my hair and was rough with her styling tools, especially the curling iron. When I would ask her to cut half an inch of the bottom for a hair trim, she would reply that she didn't know how much that was and just lopped it off. At one time she left a wet towel on my neck as I was walking out to pay. The other stylists took notice of this incident, as did the owner of the salon. Very disappointed that nothing was said. I wanted to switch stylists as I enjoyed the vibe of the place and liked the location but didn't want any conflict or hurt feelings. Funny that I consider the stylist's feelings but I think sometimes it's actually when you're in the chair at the salon as a consumer there is a definite sense of vulnerability that too often leads to silenced dissatisfaction and being treated poorly. I consider myself a loyal client that tipped well and was always on time, but apparently this consideration wasn't reciprocal. I would highly suggest researching the stylist you choose here before taking the plunge. I made the mistake of asking whoever answered the phone to schedule my appointment who the best stylist was for my needs and it led me to this. Perhaps if I had gone with another stylist it would have been different story. read more
