My wife and I have referred at least 20 customers to him. I went there to tint my preview car. Recently I got a new car, and my wife recommended he take my car to him again to do the tint. He said I would call you in 2:30 hours. At 6:30, he called me and told me my car was ready, and we went there to pick it up. It was dark when we arrived there, so I turned on my flashlight to watch around the car and check how it was done. I was shocked to see so many scratches on my brand-new car, and I checked the windows, and I saw some scratches on the windows as well. I told him in a very respectful manner that why there were so many scratches on my car. He yelled at me said that "I will fix it; it's your fault. I told you its goanna be dark". And I was surprised because he was standing there and hoping that we don't realize the scratches and just leave. After all, he said: "your job is done, see how you like." it." If you made a mistake, don't try to hide it and point it out; people are not stupid; we will see the scratches, and then we would know it was you. I was going to tell him that you are the expert, and you said it's ok, but he didn't allow me to talk and continued yelling at me; then, my wife told him that my husband didn't say anything, but he started to yell at my wife. He said I have a life; I can not stay here all day because of your car. What? Did I say you should? What are you talking about? We both were shocked since we literally didn't say anything, plus if someone should be mad, it was us! I DID NOT FORCE YOU to do the job late. I asked you if you could tint my car at 4:30, and you said yes, it's ok. Plus you should take care of the cars. You are supposed to inform the customer if it's not a safe time to do the job. And if you messed up, don't take it on the customer, and you don't have the right to yell at anybody. My wife told him that we got this car so expensive and it costs so much to repaint it, and he said: "yea, you bought your car expensively, but you paid so cheap for the tint." Excuse me whaaaaat? Just because your price is not high doesn't make it right to ruin people's cars. Plus, it's you that set prices; no one forced you, and I never bargain about the costs. I just can't believe this guy and what he did on my car and how rude was his manners. We sent him so many customers and what we got was that he yelled at us for the mistake he made! He not only ruined my new car but also yelled at me and got mad at me because I brought the car late! But you are the expert and supposed to tell me that it's not possible to do it! The funny thing is that I didn't even insist. As soon as I said 4:30, he said, it's ok, I will do it. Plus, I expected him to have some light equipment in case if it gets dark. He talked about the way that scratches are normal when you want to tint the car, but scratches are not acceptable at any time and for no reason. You don't have the right to yell at your customer, especially because of the mistake that you made. I could go to other 100 places, and you should be thankful that we chose your business. I won't go back there for any reason. Even though he said to come back on Monday to fix it, I rather not. I won't recommend him to anybody anymore and will also avoid them going there. read more
