It has a general tavern section, bbq section down stairs, outside seating, and a stage for bands. Last night was open night and it was very cool. My wife had a steak, mashed potatoes, asparagus, and a crab cake. Amazing date night spot.

In warmer weather, there is also a very charming outdoor space. The downstairs, a whiskey and barbecue-focused bar is a very cool space with stone walla, low ceilings, and an intimate vibe. The food here is impressive, as evidenced by full dining tables on a recent Friday evening when my companion and I visited. There are a variety of options on the menu to suit most any taste. The beer selection is also nice with a large but smart selection of drafts, bottles, and cans. Service is quick, friendly, and attentive. Blue Sky is definitely a great stop if you're in the Harrisburg or northern York County PA area.

I've always recommended Nicks to everyone who asks who has the best crab cakes in the area- hands down, it's Nicks! Sadly, tonight we had a bad experience- not with the food- not with the dinner service (our server, Erica, was wonderful)...Instead, our party of 17 was basically treated as though we were unwanted guests by the hostess. Squeezing 6 teens and 3 children into a corner booth and the rest of us in two adjacent tables. Rather than giving us the extra table next to us so we actually had space for the plates in front of us, the hostess refused stating it was "another servers section". Unless you're a party of 4, you're probably too much hassle and they'd rather you not show up at their door.

Portions were plentiful. I had Molcajete--grilled shrimp, marinated chicken, steak, chorizo, queso fresco, chambray onion in salsa verde (served in volcanic stone bowl). It was flavorful; however, chicken & steak on thin side & lil' bit dried out. Luckily whole pot of salsa verde sauce to dip it in. Chorizo just ok, not my fave; shrimp were meaty, yummy & sizeable; queso fresco was delish. Came w/flour, tortillas, rice & beans. This is truly a meal best split between two!! My friend had Burrito bowl--w/chicken, rice, pinto beans, cheese sauce, lettuce, pico & avocado in tortilla bowl. Straightforward tasty dish. We used a Clipp Coupon Deal--$30 for $15. Would definitely return even without coupon!

Arrived around 1:30pm (Friday) - were still some lunchtime diners & a large group in a side room, but was still refreshingly quiet. I had a moment to peruse the specials board before the gentleman whom I've seen in previous visits arrived with the menu. I decided to go with the Chicken Marsala special (14.95) (which arrived quickly, I might add) - it was fantastic! Decent lunch portion & included lightly toasted buttered bread, which I used to dab up every ounce of sauce that I could! I did everything but lick the plate! I like the décor & the general relaxed vibe of this place - noticed that they now have some evening hours (Fri & Sat 5-9) - will have to gather up my girlfriend & stop in for a nice dinner! Seriously - give this place a try!
