Darrell & Sandy Vasquez brew their coffee in house in small 6 pound batches to maintain absolute freshness and this was evident in the flavorful sample we tried today...SOLD! My Husband Tony was particularly impressed by how he felt after tasting just a small sample, "more energetic, perked up but not edgy" which is just what we need from our brew of choice during these particularly cold mornings.
