Unreal. Just had a dinner for two here and everything from food, to ambiance and service was impeccable. This place has a wonderful energy to it, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is some of the best i've had in the DFW area. The lamb was incredible, hummus was to die for, and the tea compliments the meal flawlessly. Had a dinner for 2 and ordered way more than we should. Have tons of leftovers, and barely broke a $100 price tag. This place is so worth the money it's crazy. read more

Meat quality. I was there today had a 3 skewer lamb. It was chewy and not good quality. For $40 dish expect better. Not good value for the money. read more

Now I see why this spot has such incredible reviews and rightfully so! I had the lamb which melted off the bone from all the juice cooked in, and the sides were equally tasty. I had to eat and run, but next time I plan to around for dessert and coffee!!! read more

Ive been excited to try this place since they opened. I honestly have a little mixed feelings about it. The staff were very friendly, though I sometimes felt like they hovered around a lot. I also kind of felt like the waiter was a little salesy/pushy. They don't have water, only $2 bottled water, which is a little weird for a nice sit down type restaurant but whatever. I got the kebab and my husband got the Iraqi quzi. The kebab was the best thing and I would 100% order that again. The Iraqi quzi was kind of bland. The meat was tender, but needed a lot of sauce and pickles for flavor. We were told that the baklava was a must try, so we did. It was just 2 small pieces of pistachio baklava. It tasted fine, but was a little small for a $9 dessert. I don't know that I'll dine in there again, but I would order that kebab as take out! read more

First time trying this place and it blew away every other Mediterranean restaurant I have been to in Dallas. Great Food and fast service. It's also BYOB. read more

Food was delicious Big portions Service and ambiance is very pleasant Overall it was our first time and we are definitely coming back read more

The service was superb, and ambience was very nice and relaxing. We started with appetizers an Iraqi salad and lahmajun: the lahmajun was delicious! Spicy chicken kabobs and lamb kabobs tasted okay, and rice also lacked in flavor. All in all, a great place to visit and have appetizers, but the cost for 2 of us during lunch with the items listed above was $80 without tip. They don't differentiate lunch or dinner pricing. Not worth the high price, for that reason, I'll pass on a future visit. read more

This place rocks. Mediterranean food is my favorite and I think this is my favorite place in all of Collin County! Dips are great and I got the spicy chicken which may be the best cooked chicken I've had in a while. Also excellent service; was having lunch with my family I don't see regularly we were chatting for a bit after eating so they brought free tea saying "great conversation deserves great tea." Will be back! read more

I love the high quality of food and always freshly cooked. Spicy chicken with fresh baked bread is delicious. The hot tea is also one of my favorites. read more

Finally, my search for the most delicious and authentic middle-eastern cuisine at a reasonable price is over! The service was quick and efficient; even on a busy afternoon staff takes the time to treat you like family. Relaxed comfortable atmosphere, a beautiful setting to enjoy an authentic Turkish Coffee (and maybe some Baklava) on a cold rainy day, just as good for a party; Shish Tawook and Lamb Kebab are great dishes for sharing. This is one of those "hidden gems" exceptional food tucked away in a little strip-mall. Don't miss it! read more

Price of food vs quality of restaurant do not match. Forced tip, forced to buy bottled water on top of that, terrible.

Awesome!!had a wonderful time and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend! Great choice!

Food is amazing!! Service was terrible. They need hire some experienced servers if they are going to make it. They didn't know the menus and we had flag them down to get refills and service. I'm not throwing shade, just want you to be prepared for poor service. read more

The best in McKinney. Ambiance is lovely. Food is great. Service is excellent. Highly recommended

Great authentic dishes with some uniqueness to Middle East you won't find anywhere else in north Dallas. The yogurt drink is tasty with the right amount of tartness. The pita is thick with sesame seeds. And the bean soup delicious. The spices were mild and well balanced. Be careful when ordering my eyes were bigger than my stomach and I was full half way through. The signature beef dish was very tender. read more

Loved the food BUT WATCH your bill. Service was not good- asked 3 times for water refills and did not get them. They were busy, but come on. Took a long, long time for the check- had to go and ask our original server(that never checked back with us) to bring the bill. He brought over one of those machines- I DISLIKE those so much! They stick them in your face and stand there. The tip amount was so confusing-it had choices of like 3% or 7%. No itemized bill, so I asked was $75.00 JUST for our food!!!(didn't think we had spent that much) and he answered YES, that is the food. We had been there forever, so just wanted to leave, but asked again about the weird tip selections. He said well you can customize so I 'customized' what I thought would be the correct tip- AND remember food was great-SERVICE was NOT. Had the receipt sent to my cell phone. Could not believe it when I got home!!!!! 15% was automatically added to the bill- WTH- and then on top of that I added a normal tip! So I ended up tipping $21!!!!!! For no service and waiting forever. It was just two of us and I was angry and disappointed and felt taken- especially since I asked if the total was just food. Will never accept those machines without seeing an itemized bill. SO WRONG to automatically include a tip and not alert your PAYING CUSTOMERS. read more

Fantastic food at a very new spot with some service pieces to smooth out. Four of us with a 7pm Friday reservation. We arrived to a larger space than I expected that was already quite busy. Seating for probably 50 people. Inviting decor, kitchen is open to the dining room, giving it a familial and contemporary vibe. They have a beautiful espresso machine as a focal point that unfortunately for dessert was not operational. They do not serve alcohol however you can byo wine. There were some language barriers with our server when it came time to order but that's all good. We went with the 4 person combo platter and some apps. Apps came out very quickly followed by the main a minute later which worked because we intended to eat them all together. The 3 iced teas ordered when we first sat down didn't arrive until after following up a few times and 15 minutes after food came. The kabobs, mains, etc on the combo were all absolutely delish. Weird shout out to what might the best basmati rice any of us have ever tasted. Their pita bread equivalent is made fresh and is everything. Dessert wasn't quite on par. The warbat, which we expected to be baklava with some cream or cheese was lacking any dairy we could discern. The baklava tasted good. Both were hard at the bottom, maybe had been sitting in the fridge too long. The sutlac was described as rice pudding but very little rice texture it presence. The sultan chocolate cake with caramel and cream was fantastic. What we all really appreciated is the server and manager all regularly asked for our feedback. By 8pm there was a wait. I think if they focus on their service game and get things ironed out there, they are going to be in great shape. Being super busy within the first month of opening is a great problem to have! The food is undeniable and the restaurant feels more upscale than some other nearby spots offering similar cuisine. Recommend! read more
