I loveeee that this place has AMAZING gluten free bagels!!! My friends and I came here on a Sunday morning and it was PACKED. Yet - our wait was still pretty efficient! (With food still being delicious - so great job on the restaurant for that) The ambiance was great, again- just packed. There was a person there moving the line along, and also advertising some of the options for bagels. Would absolutely return if I lived in the area!!

Finally got a chance to try Sully's. Went on a weekday at 2pm, and other than a few in and out online order pickups, it was very quiet. Not a complaint - gave me time to decide what I want! My options as a vegetarian are usually limited, and were here too, but I got the Green Vegas on sesame bagel (wasn't in a mood for hummus, which the vegan Vulcan sandwich had) and the sweetie got the Mr. Burns on a cheddar jalapeno bagel. So these are definitely messy (hot mess, as per advertised) but very good. The Vegas got very slippery, especially with the cream cheese and the steaming process, the Burns slightly less so. The latter's jalapeno bagel is VERY spicy though, so buyer be cautious. The only negative, as a bagel lover/connoisseur, is that with the steaming process I can't get a full true sense of the bagel's taste. That said, I'd return for a bite, maybe next time for breakfast.

It's been a while since I first tried a Sully's steamer, but it's the sort of thing that sticks in your memory. A steamed bagel sandwich sounded ridiculous to me, but it is in fact not soggy and comes out with a fresh taste. Options for customizing a bagel sandwich abound here, and getting a veggie bagel was a dollar cheaper. Mine included hummus, avocado, hot sauce, and some vegetables, and was satisfying and fueled me up for the day. This location had ample indoor and outdoor seating. Takeout was easy, but it was certainly a good place to stay and eat.

Open until 3:00 but they do not serve anything past 2:30.

This restaurant is open until 3:00 but refuses service to anyone (for take out or eating in) starting at 2:30 sharp... The staff is incredibly rude!! AVOID Sully Steamers!!

Yum! Delicious! We were excited to find there was a Sully's in Cola when visiting recently. I wish there was one in Charleston. This one was exceptional. They had an amazing outdoor area as well. We chose to eat inside, it was hot! We were greeted as soon as we entered. The employees were friendly. This location was pretty large compared to others I have visited. My sandwich was made to order and so good. I chose the Italian. How could you go wrong? This is a happening place! It was loud! But it's a great spot for breakfast or lunch! You won't be disappointed!

Stop being for brunch on a busy Saturday and we were pleasantly pleased! Though they were busy they got our orders in quick, and brought it to the table even quicker! They are located off of Devine Street with pretty decent parking. Establishment was clean and welcoming. The texture of the bagels are absolutely phenomenal. The steaming process turns them into light, fluffy pillows, and kind of illuminates that extra chewy texture of regular bagels. All in all, I was extremely pleased and will be back.

Went here with our lunch group for the first time today. Had five of us and everyone ordered a bagel sandwich. I tried The Hulk, one other person ordered the Griswold. Everyone ordered a combo so it comes with a drink and chips. Service was quick. The sandwich was good. Everyone seemed to like it. Sort of messy, plenty of meat, melted cheese. I had the asiago bagel, as you can choose what type of bagel. you want. I also ordered four everthing bagels to take home. My wife toasted one when I got home and she said it was very good. I'd give it 3 1/2 stars, possibly 4. Sandwich was good, but I think I prefer a good ole sub sandwich on a nice French or Italian bread over the bagel. They do have a nice outdoor seating area with umbrellas.

Words can't describe how excited I was when I heard Sully's was coming to Columbia. As a former Greenvillian, I was obsessed with this place, and now that I don't have to drive 2 hours to get a hot, delicious bagel sammich makes my life even better. The location is beautiful, right on Devine street by Cantina 76, and has outdoor and indoor seating. There are a lot of people working, which may be a good thing or a bad thing, but either way, I am just here to eat and be a kind karen on Yelp. Service was fairly quick, and the manager gave me a free combo upgrade! Definitely will be returning! Also shoutout to the little mustached Twink who worked the tablet. he kept checking on me to make sure i was okay. He was adorable. (The restaurant has temporary hours right now, closing at 3pm everyday.)

We stopped by for lunch today, and it was BANGING! The bagel sandwiches are loaded with juicy toppings and delicious sauces! The Parmesan peppercorn and honey mustard are a must-try! And the sandwiches are steamed so the bread is extra soft! But let's get into these sandwiches! The Nacho Maximus: turkey, cheddar cheese, lettuce, Parmesan peppercorn, honey mustard, and topped with nacho cheese Doritos! --this sandwich is beyond delicious! We don't know what we enjoyed more, the bagel, the sauces, or the fact that it's topped with Doritos!! We don't know what it is, but this sandwich is a must-try!! The Griswold: Turkey, bacon, bbq sauce, provolone, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, and Parmesan peppercorn! --this sandwich is another hit! It's flavorful and so juicy! It's definitely another must-try! Y'all already know how parking is on Devine, but they have ample seating (indoors and outside), and the staff is fantastic! We can't wait to return!

Back again for breakfast at South Carolina! I don't know how to do 3.5 stars so unfortunately we are at a 3. So let's break it down together! The atmosphere was awesome! Families laughing and doing somersaults on the turf. Not going to lie the little kid came out in me when I saw they had jenga available. My pants were soiled, Doctor fucking B and I played a little while waiting for our food and it was a such a bonding experience. Workers were really friendly as well and therefore my expectations were higher then my initial thought. BOY WAS I WRONG. The taste was not bad at all, but the quality of the food itself was not great. For sure everything is premade. The taste was fine for what it was but again quality was not great. And it is only sandwiches! Like if you want no carb or no crappy oils you can't get it. And yes I understand it's supposed to be a brunch sandwich place, but the quality!! Not great!!My man my man my mannn druski would've for sure f'ed these sandwiches up. Side note, my good buddy Bezos drank his life away last night and I Unfortunately did not get his input on the place. But I did have 6 other people with me and got some good photos!

The food was pretty good overall, but my chicken salad sandwich was extremely disappointing. The croissant was very dry, and the shredded chicken combined with the consistency of the dressing was not at all what I expected. After only a couple bites, I left the entire sandwich untouched. What was even more disappointing was that when our waitress brought the bill, she clearly noticed I hadn't eaten the sandwich and chose not to ask about it. At this price point for lunch, I would have expected the situation to be handled a little differently. We sat in the covered outdoor area, which was nice, but there's also an uncovered outdoor section with older picnic tables that don't really match the vibe of a more upscale lunch spot. If you plan to sit outside, I'd recommend making your seating preference clear when booking.

They were all so sweet and really went above and beyond to make sure it was a high-quality experience. I noticed that they openly advertise that they don't accept tips and have slightly higher prices in order to pay their workers a living wage, and the results were directly reflected in the customer service that I received. As for the food and drink (coffee), that was pretty good as well! While I do wish that they might have had bagels, the croissant that I substituted it for was warm, buttery, and tasty, and it was a nice change from my usual coffee shop meal, as I've only had a croissant a handful of times. The coffee was fine, and I loved how they offered free refills, which I've noticed that other local coffee shops usually don't. Finally, I loved the setting of the restaurant, which gave you the opportunity to either sit inside and enjoy the ambiance or on the outside patio and enjoy some peace and quiet. I also loved the artwork that they had on the walls, which the waitress informed me was painted by a local artist and which you could purchase if you wanted to. Service was fine. Nothing particularly standout, but smooth and efficient. For drinks, the coffee was average. It wasn't bad by any means, just nothing memorable. Especially considering the price point. Food-wise, there were some highlights. The sweet potato bowl was well-dressed and flavorful, though it felt like it was missing a protein component to make it more complete. The shakshuka was very good overall, with great flavor, though it leaned a bit salty. The biggest issue was the bread portion. It simply wasn't enough for the dish. I ended up ordering an extra side, and while it's listed as two slices, it's really just one slice cut in half. At $4 for that portion, that is very unreasonable. That was a recurring theme. Pricing felt high across the board for what you receive. While the flavors were there, nothing really stood out as exceptional enough to justify the cost. Overall, not a bad visit. Just one where the value didn't quite match the experience.

Bison, elk, boar, rabbit. These are proteins you don't see on most menus. The restaurant leans into a woodland theme with greenery hanging throughout the space. It borders on a bit much, but the open kitchen visible from the dining room grounds the whole experience and adds a nice touch of theater. The seating was comfortable and well spaced, perfect for a family dinner where you actually want to hear each other talk. Our server was outstanding, easily 5 out of 5. She knew the menu cold, offered thoughtful recommendations, and struck that ideal balance of attentive without being intrusive. She made the evening better. The drinks were mostly a win. Two cocktails were excellent, creative and well balanced. A third was over iced and fell flat. Minor miss, but worth noting. The food is where The Hollow really shines. The charcuterie board was a fantastic start, featuring a well curated spread of wild game meats, quality cheeses, fig, and mustard. The mains delivered across the board: salmon, elk, and bison all came out beautifully with great flavor and generous portions. The sides deserved their own applause, which isn't something I say often. The dessert menu was the one soft spot. Nothing grabbed our attention, so we ended up heading across the street to Kaminsky's for something sweet. For a kitchen that puts this much care into everything else, the dessert offerings felt like an afterthought. A couple of notes on the bill to be aware of: we were charged a few dollars for swapping a vegetable side. There was a 3% credit card surcharge that caught us off guard. When you're out with the family and the tab runs into the hundreds $, most folks are paying with a card. That's a fee I'd want to know about upfront. On the menu, from the server, somewhere visible before the check arrives. The bottom line: The Hollow is a creative, well executed restaurant with standout food and excellent service. If you're in Columbia, it's well worth a reservation.

We ended up stopping at The Grand around 9/9:30pm on a Saturday. Upon entering the hostess informed us they were currently only serving the late night menu. We said no problem and elected to grab seats at the bar. There were several empty tables and a few empty seats @ the bar. However, the only two seats together at the bar needed to be cleared from the last patrons that were seated. We stood there for over 20 mins while Jacob continued to walk by never acknowledging us or the fact that we couldn't sit. When he finally cleared the dishes he just walked away, never cleaning the area. When he returned he still never greeted us or apologized for the wait, the mess... nothing. Jacob: What are you having? Me: Well hello... Jacob: Yea... what do you want? Me: Wow... ok. For starters can you please whip off the bar so we can properly have a seat. There is still food residue here from the last customers. ** we get a visible huff** He wipes down the bar and we proceed to order drinks, while he never really speak any more it's all via motions and body language. Amongst ourselves we check in with one another to confirm that we both were feeling very unwelcome. Instantly we decide that we will not be ordering anything additional and will be leaving after this one drink. Which is just as well because Jacob never returns. Someone , whom I can only assume was of a mangement status, asked if Jacob was helpful and we promptly and simultaneously said no and that we would like or bill. She shook her head in utter disbelief and disgust but then she also disappeared. Just so happened that Diamond, whom was on the other side of the bar happen to walk pass. She stopped and asked if we were ok after witnessing our frustration. We explained that we wanted the check and why we were leaving. She was super apologetic and closed out our tab. Her energy literal turned the experience around and if she would have came to our rescue sooner we would have considered staying. Thank you Diamond. Just A Note: Unfortunately, bad first impression because The Grand seems like it may offer a good time with the bowling lanes in the back.
