I used my GPS and was unable to find the location. There is confusion as to if this is a food truck or brick & motor store.

The ambience is quite pleasant, high tin ceilings, reminiscent of the old drugstores of years gone by. The staff is very welcoming and pleasant. We both started out with cappuccinos. Even though the writeup on the cappuccinos boasted a couple of espresso shots, it still come throughout a bit on the weak side for me. I ordered a Belgian waffle with pecans and my wife ordered a breakfast sandwich on an everything bagel. The waffle was light and fluffy as expected with a good flavor, but but I guess I prefer a regular waffle with not as much air. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, but I opted for some hot sauce when I ate my half. In the past, we've had some of the baked goods here and they've been good. I think there's a lot of attention to detail by the owners, a commitment to good service and above average food at a fair price. We will be back.

They barely had any of the ice cream and said "it's winter we don't have those." Which is very confusing because... it's an ice cream shop... without ice cream? At least change the menu to what you do have so we don't have to ask a total of 4 times for something different. The coffee milk shake was super underwhelming. It was more like just a shit tone of chocolate and tasted like someone held coffee near it and said "coffee." The brownie was warm...but didn't taste like anything. The Christmas music was way too loud to have on in an empty shop. Apparently you're not allowed to have a birthday in the winter either ... because they don't have that flavor.

The first one is basically coffee ice cream with crushed Oreos in it. It was amazing. The pistachio had whole nuts in it. The people I was with really liked theirs as well. They had white house cherry, crazy vanilla, and maple walnut. There are so many flavors that a return trip or many would be needed to get all I want to try. Three people was $20. Not bad at all. The store is clean and spacious. I highly recommend it and will be back.
