The wait for our food was a bit long, and it seemed other tables were experiencing the same. Bohemian seems like a better spot to visit when you're not in a rush. When the burgers arrived, both were cooked well done instead of medium. Unfortunately, our server didn't check back until we were nearly finished eating. I showed her the overcooked burger, and she offered to have another one made, but by then we'd already eaten. The flavor was good, but it definitely would've been better at the requested temperature. Lesson learned--check your burger doneness before your server leaves the table, especially when they're priced around $16-$18 and more. On the bright side, the fries were excellent! Overall, despite the hiccup, I'll be back. Bohemian is worth giving another try.

It was lunch time, but healthy food court options seem limited. I finally settled on Great Wraps. They had quite the line going, and they smelled good, so I figured they must be good. My figuring turned out to be correct. I had a hummus veggie wrap in a spinach tortilla, and while it wasn't the best thing I've ever eaten, its quality actually surprised me. The hummus was smooth and garlicy and the vegetables were fresh and crisp. It was affordable, too: you can get a combo for somewhere between seven and eight dollars. If you're in Carolina Place, you should give Great Wraps a try.

The Gyros we had were huge...really packed with lamb and all the fixings. The only thing we found wrong was the tzatziki sauce was put at the bottom of the pita. With all the fixings and everything that went on top of it you really only tasted the Tzatziki when you took a bite of the bottom. The meat and everything else is really piled on, so if you eat from the top there's no sauce. It would be nice if they would put a schmear of sauce along the whole pita and possibly some halfway in the gyro...or else give you a side of tsatziki to dip it in. They do sell it if you want to order extra. I'll do that next time. Nice place....good food. Their pricing for meals (salmon, etc) is about like the pricing you'd expect at a nice restaurant. Hopefully business will keep going well for them as there's really not much out in the northeast side as far as Greek food.

Even though they are young, both were extremely professional, kind, and helpful in showing me everything I needed to know. When I returned today, Sarah once again went above and beyond. She personally brought my food out to my car. As she approached and saw I was on the phone, she kindly said, "I don't want to scare you, just bringing your food to you," with the biggest smile. That simple moment showed how thoughtful and customer-focused she is. Both Sarah and Tinleigh create a friendly and caring environment that makes you want to come back.
