    Breakfast Bagel Sandwich

OMG! I'm realizing that I have missed steamed bagel sandwiches my entire life. Great and fast service. Ridiculously delicious sandwiches (try the Original Italian or Breakfast). Busy, but clean and cool vibe in the dining area.

If you're looking for the ultimate bagel experience, look no further than Sully's Streamers Bagel Shop! This gem nestled in the heart of the neighborhood has quickly become my go-to spot for breakfast and brunch, and I can't sing its praises enough. Upon entering Sully's, you're greeted with the warm aroma of freshly baked bagels that instantly makes your mouth water. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, with colorful artwork adorning the walls and friendly staff ready to assist you with a smile. The vibe is laid-back, making it the perfect spot to catch up with friends or enjoy a moment of solitude with a good book. The star of the show, of course, is the bagels. Sully's offers an impressive selection of flavors--everything from classic plain and everything bagels to unique options like jalapeño cheddar and blueberry. Each bagel is expertly crafted, boiled to perfection, and baked to achieve that ideal chewy texture with a crisp outer crust. I highly recommend trying the everything bagel; it's bursting with flavor and pairs wonderfully with their house-made cream cheese. Speaking of cream cheese, Sully's takes it to the next level with a variety of spreads that cater to all tastes. My personal favorite is their scallion cream cheese, which is rich and creamy with just the right amount of tang. They also offer innovative flavors like roasted red pepper and even a sweet option with honey and cinnamon. For those looking for more than just bagels, Sully's has a fantastic selection of sandwiches, salads, and breakfast options. The lox and cream cheese on a toasted everything bagel is an absolute must-try, and their breakfast sandwiches are hearty and satisfying, perfect for starting your day off right. What truly sets Sully's apart, though, is the sense of community. The staff remembers regulars by name and always takes the time to chat, making each visit feel special. They also support local artists by showcasing their work, adding a unique touch to the shop that enhances the overall experience. In summary, Sully's Streamers Bagel Shop is a delightful culinary experience that I wholeheartedly recommend. Whether you're a bagel aficionado or just looking for a delicious breakfast, you won't be disappointed. Do yourself a favor and stop by--your taste buds will thank you!

Unique lunch spot. Came on a Sun after church to grab a sandwhich. We ordered the Smoked Salmon ($11) and Neighborino ($9). Frankly, not sure I like to have the bagel/sandwich steamed. Seemed soggy to me. While I know eating a bagel sandwhich can be challenging as the inside ingredients tend to push out when you bite down....I personally didn't care for the steamed method. Service was super friendly!

This place is amazing! The bagel sandwiches are soooo good. We always stop here on our way through Brevard. Also, the cashiers energy was so great. Such a happy and cheerful person! Really made our day

Quick. Yummy. Affordable. They have a nice variety of bagel sandwiches...some a very unique. I went for the Griswold with no BBQ sauce. My kids got bacon egg and cheese. Hubby got the one with Doritos on it but he's picky he asked for no veggies or sauce. One thing I will say is beware the bagels are VERY HOT when you get them. They are wrapped in foil so you have to be careful when you get them out of the bag...and then wait about 10 minutes before you eat it. I'm not really a fan of hot deli meat or veggies but honestly it was good. I had mine on an Asiago bagel. One thing I want to mention is the staff is nice and I actually saw the girl SCRUBBING the bathroom. I thanked her for that because many times workers ignore the bathroom at all costs and I saw her scrubbing down every inch of that toilet.

The Hello Newman our friend got and loved.

We were looking for places to eat and my husband mentioned this place. My first response when he was telling me about steamed sandwiches was, "That sounds weird." But oh how wrong I was! It's an absolutely delicious sandwich!!! We got the Philly sandwich, roast beef, cheese, onions. And for dessert a Cookie Monster which is a plain bagel with cream cheese and a cookie in the middle. Amazing! The cookie on its own was great too! We will be back for sure.

Strangely we were the only people in here on a Tuesday morning. OMG, that bagel sandwich hit the spot! I'm not certain that I've ever had a steamed bagel before but I'm a fan. Quick, friendly service and a clean restaurant. Not sure why no one was in there. The ambiance is fun and wide open with plenty of seating. A must-do in Brevard. Oh and they pour beer. We'll be back.

The tea was good, the staff was friendly, the food was flavorless generic. My wife said "inedible" but I wouldn't go that far.

I love, love, love that you can pick half sandwiches and half salads of everything. I got the half turkey avocado sandwich and a half Bakery salad. They were both phenomenal and I'm drooling just thinking about them. My husband got the Margherita pizza and my 7 year old got a cheese. The pizzas are good size- 13 inches. My husband demolished his and my daughter ate all but one or two pieces (which my husband and I helped finish off). They both loved their pizzas. Even though we were stuffed, we had to have a dessert so we got a slice of carrot cake. Carrot cakes can really go wrong if the icing is too sweet but this icing was perfect. I didn't feel like I was going to go into sugar shock after eating it. The employees were all really nice. The bathroom was clean. I will absolutely be back next time I'm in the Asheville/Brevard area. If you're hiking, it wasn't far at all between DuPont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. We did waterfall hikes at DuPont starting around 8:30 am and then had lunch here before heading down the road to others at PNF.

Unfortunately this place tends to be a miss for me…read more My experience with service is consistently that they are unfriendly. When you pay $6 for a small pastry, it feels a little bad when they don't say "thank you" or "how can I help you" or "what would you like" ... more than once I've been here and had the experience that I'm bothering the employee just by being there. Bought a cardamom bun today and while I love cardamom this was still an overly strong flavor. Lovely texture, though. I had a specialty croissant a while back when I was in the area and left with it. It was uncooked in the middle so I called to let them know (thinking they would want to pull the remaining ones). Whoever I spoke with was appropriately apologetic and told me next time I was there to tell the clerk that so and so wanted me to have a replacement on the house. A few months later I was in the area again and was met with such hostility and skepticism when I mentioned the "freebie" that I wished I'd never bothered. As for the bakes? Everything really does look good. The lunch menu looks great although I've never had anything. The coffee is nice and strong. Prices are high, but that's everywhere.

I called over to the Square Root to check the kitchen timing (it was getting on 8) and all was well. We managed a seat at the bar and this was perfect for us. We chatted a bit with the servers, who were amazing. There is a ton enjoyment for the job and the space going on here. We also met some semi-locals who were awesome. Shout out to "Kendall-Jackson"! The menu is full of local ingredients and plenty of temptations. The specials were even more tempting and we grabbed oysters to kick it off. The pepper/spicy mignonette is so so good. It's just the right mix of classic and new. I didn't need the other sauce, especially with just 6 oysters. I eyed the yellowtail snapper (snapper, right? def not tuna) special, but opted for the Korean chicken sandwich. Quite good! I could have used a stronger flavor from the kimchi and, frankly, less of a mess, but the cook was just right, the flavor profiles were excellent, and the portion was plenty. A really good sandwich! I had the sweet potato chips as my side and I can see why they are popular. We kept the leftover sauces from the oysters just so I could dip my chips. Good call! She Said: I'd like to start by complimenting the fantastic staff. They've obviously been here a while, and they're enthusiastic about this place. He Said covered the oysters (yum!) and the mignonette (double yum!), so I'll focus on the mushroom tart that I got as my meal. The rough puff was really done well, and the mushroom and goat cheese combo was terrific. I thought they would be inside the pastry, but I adapted. The whole dish was terrific, and though I thought it was too salty for me, I also know that I'm sensitive to salt. All in all, we will definitely be back! Potty Points: no trip to the potty for me on this one!
