Terrible service at this location. I certainly do not frequent McDonald's at any location? And the handful of times I've given Brevard a chance? This team constantly falls short - timeliness and food quality are poor. Staff have been unpleasant and, while clearly understaffed, communication matches the obvious ambiance of the facility. I called to tell him they needed to clean their machine because I got an OJ from there this morning and I was drinking it and I ate and stuff and maybe an hour later I got sick and I wanted nothing from it and I have pictures that they needed to stop and clean the machine before anybody else got sick and she blew it off the manager there and seemed a little rude about it and told me that it's just concentrated probably. Didn't expect much since they hadn't been rated very well, and it's an older McD's that really needs a reno project! BUT...we love MickeyD's breakfasts and we were in a bit of a hurry (traveling through on the way to the mountains). The drive-in was CFA-efficient and hometown friendly! They are fast at this location- it is the same McDonald's food you find anywhere...the thing that is gross and disgusting here, is the staff is often seen standing outside the building taking cigarette breaks at the end of the building as you hit the drive thru window, I don't want to see this .... read more

Every time we go the place is clean. The service is always fast. My only real knock is the orange juice. Just don't. Watered down Tang? Maybe watered down Sunny D? Perhaps a weak version of prison o.j. - not even sure what that tastes like but it's probably better. It's basically orange-flavored water, but not the fancy kind made with orange slices. The only saving grace about this McDonald's was the fact that they had a 96% sanitation rating. There was nothing outstanding about the service. The place looked totally dumpy, run down, and neglected. My husband used the men's room and waited until after we had eaten to describe the state of it. He said that there was urine on the walls, covering the seat, and on the floor in front of the urinal.. It looked like feces had been wiped on the wall tile. Thankfully everything to use to wash was touch less although the soap dispenser was empty. I don't expect the Taj Mahal from McDonald's, but I don't like feeling grossed out while I'm waiting for food. The unkempt gentleman at the cash register was carrying food out to a car. The problem was, his bearded face was right over their bags and he had no facemask on. When we received our food there was a broken fry just hanging on the bag... I picked it off of my bag and just dropped it on the counter and left, which is probably where it will stay... We were taking the food to go because we were traveling in a camper. The reason we ate here was because the dining room at Zaxby's was shut down and we weren't going to walk through the drive-through. read more

Placed an order here at 9:04 knowing they close at 10. I thought that was plenty of time to fulfill it. Apparently not. They waited until it closed to tell me they couldn't take my order. Now everything is closed and I'm starving and passed off. read more

I highly do not recommend going to this mcdonald's at night ever. The entire night shift, 6+ people, including the night shift manager, sat outside smoking and not helping anyone. A customer sat in the drive thru for about 10 minutes not being helped. The kicker is that they saw the car and just looked at the customer and did nothing to help them. read more

This sandwich is disgusting, I ordered the smokehouse and asked for none of the mustard sauce that comes on it. I thought I was being nice when I asked for my food, but the GIRL at the window decided that I wasn't good enough to have something nice. She basically threw my change out the window at me and, yes the sandwich is okay, but it is plain ... It is missing the onions and the barbeque sauce all it has on it is bacon, and it was 10 dollars! ck your orders and make sure of product... doesn't matter if you sit in-line for 15 min you cannot order breakfast if it's past 10:27 waited in line to order breakfast for 14 min got up to order serving no longer... ordered and geez order was wrong and fries were not fresh.... not good place however john the order taker was nice and courteous read more

I was quite surprised today. There were a group of people hanging out in the front as seeming to be waiting on employees to either get off or just in conversation. The the manager, a female with long hair and black uniform, seemed to be manager went out to drop food off to a car. She seemed mad about something and about took the door off the hinges she hit it so hard. She then came back in after inhaling a cigarette on the way back in. Blew a bellow of smoke out as she walked in the door and went right back to work. Not washing her hands, but right back to work. She handled my food and I just threw it in the bin on the way out the door. The employees were disgusting looking as lack of hygiene seemed to be a plus to work there! I was thoroughly disgusted and will not be back. I have eaten here for over 30 years, not anymore! read more

This is an excellent McDonald's. Always busy, always fresh. I'm sure there's an employee turnover, but I attribute it to how busy it is.

Disgusting. I don't eat fast food often maybe once a month. Came in today at 11. Cashier could care less if she got my order right. Counter was dirty. Drink station was filthy. It wasn't from a busy morning either. It was just from lack of any caring. Sweet tea was out but the spill tray had obviously not been cleaned it days or longer. It was thick with brown stains. The straws and lids station was nearly empty and filthy as well. I asked for sweet tea 3 times and not one employee acknowledged my request. My food arrived in a bag with no number called so it sat on the counter for 3-4 minutes before I realized it was mine. Sat down at a greasy table with cold fries. I went back for ketchup they gave me two packets. As I was trying to eat this employee came out of women's restroom wearing gloves took them off and went to the kitchen came out carrying someone's tray. Wasn't back there long enough to wash his hands. Then he started swearing at a friend. I had enough tried to toss my food but the trash cans were full. Used the men's room on my way out. The floor in front of the urinal was disgusting. The sink was filthy too I will avoid this place at all cost you should too! read more
