Been through the drive through many times and the service is okay. Took my family inside to eat and stood there at the counter for 15 minutes and no one would come take our order. I've been there twice now, ...yeah, I KNOW, I won't make the mistake a third time. Maybe go there if you're collecting quarters from the couch cushions yet are still too lazy to buy ingredients to make a meal for yourself from stuff you could buy at Ingles. I mean yeah, the food's cheap but their chicken quesadilla is like half the size to Taco Bell ...and it tastes "wonderful." I do have to give them props on their innovative techniques to make styrofoam palatable ...I almost couldn't tell difference between where the bun on their chilidog ended and the clam shell it came in began. If I'm not careful, I might just end up like one of those sea bird babies. With all the smoke the restaurant regularly puts out though, I'm somewhat surprised that the employees across the street haven't come up with a class action suit yet. read more

I am a huge fan of cookout, and when ours 1st opened everything was great! But the past 2 weeks (like 5 visits) I have been disappointed. Starting with the girl they are letting take orders, I have to repeat every part of my order at least 2 and sometimes 3 times. Then the consistency of the food has not been good... sometimes I get a Cajun chicken wrap and it comes grilled other time I get it and it's fried. Which is super annoying because I'm on a diet and cannot have fried chicken. Sometimes the Cajun seasoning is like a dry rub on the chicken and sometimes it's like they just dump Texas Pete on it. It's fast food, but delicious fast food. Be careful of entering the parking lot as it can get dangerous with highway traffic and cars entering from the neighboring Bojangles. Drive thru staff is fast and courteous, but it can take a few minutes during busy dining hours. Parking in the small lot can be difficult when drive thru is busy, but still worth every bite. read more

Went there a few weeks ago for lunch.....waited approximately 25 minutes for my food inside. Went back today(dine in also). Kitchen area that I could see was filthy.... both drink machines were out of coke and a lady that was already there ahead of us had told them it was out but they hadn't bothered to do anything about it. The dining area floor was filthy... just about all the tables were in need of cleaning. When we got our food the hotdogs were in the containers upside down and also the cheese fries too! My chicken quesadilla was more of a cheese and jalapeño sauce with about 3 small pieces of chicken on it quesadilla. But the staff working was having a grand time laughing and goofing off!
