It was your usual quick pick up strip mall Chinese food, but a little better! The egg rolls were especially delicious.

My buddies and I popped in for quick meal, we reluctantly chose this establishment over the Twin Dragons Buffet. That was a mistake. Sesame Chicken came out cold. Teriyaki Chicken on Stick was warm but dry with no flavor. Vegetable Lo Mein was to sweet. Prices are exorbitant, for the overall portion sizes as well as quality. 3 menu items were $25.00. This whole experience could have been a little nicer has I been able to grab a bottle of the spring water, however, i had to drink Aquafina. I will give credit where it is allowed, the crab rangoons were actually tasty. But that was the only thing I would buy again. Save your time. Save your money. Go to Twin Dragons. Atleast then, you know what to expect because it is a buffet. And it will still be cheaper. read more

Been going here for a little over a year, they really are the only Chinese takeout in town/right outside town. The last few times we've gotten from them the prices have gone up considerably and you seem to get less of the meat, shrimp, chicken, etc. It's also very hard to talk to them on the phone. Language barrier has gotten more difficult. The food is good & I recommend you try it. Just be aware it's a lot easier to go into the establishment rather than ordering over the phone. read more

Tried this place for lunch. It is mostly take out but they gave some tables. The girl behind the counter was very friendly and personable. Ordered my food and sat down. Everything came at once which was alittle overwhelming. Wonton soup was super hot and broth and noodles had to be definitely whole made. Steamed dumplings were good nothing to brag about. Was traveling for work and needed something quick and easy for dinner, stopped by this place...the score was a 91 so I was a little hesitant to order, than the young lady at the register was a little high sprung and I couldn't get my order out before she kept asking what else, what else? After placing my order I asked if I could pay for my order, she stated in a minute and walked away. I'm still waiting...27 minutes later. I decided earlier today to visit Brevard. I also wanted Chinese food since I've been on a quest to find good Chinese food for two years now. This place had a 4 star rating and good comments so I decided to give it a try. The young lady at the counter was very friendly and helpful. I ordered Kung Pao chicken with pork fried rice and an egg roll. To my pleasant surprise there were several shrimp in my entree. There was also some other kind of meat. I guess that was chicken. It was very tasty either way. The rice was yellow rice with peas, carrots and a few small pieces of pork in it. Drinks were all in bottles and cans. Food was served on a small styrofoam plate. The doorway to the bathrooms had a thick piece of torn plastic covering it. I'm not sure why this place has a high rating. It's really not that good. read more

The wait for a Chinese takeout was a little long they told me ten minutes but it was actually 30 minutes but worth the wait I ordered the almond chicken and gravy sauce it was amazingly. I'm from Columbus Ohio the home of wor su gai and almond chicken is as close as you can get. I also got the cold noodles and sesame sauce and it was actually warm not cold it was ok if you like peanut butter which I do but couldn't eat much it was a little dry needed more sauce but it wasn't bad at all! read more

I am new to town, so today was my first time eating at New China. It was overcast today, and I really was craving Chinese takeout. The food was amazing, and still hot when I got home. The customer service was great, and the staff was very friendly. I also appreciated seeing that they were taking the proper safety precautions amidst this virus (gloves, masks, limited contact). If you're looking for inexpensive Chinese food this is the place to come. I had these sesame chicken and it was really good. They give you a decent portion of rice as well as the entrée. Their egg rolls are really good as well. The Decour is not much to write home about but then again if you come here you're coming for the food and to save a little money. read more

I work nearby and often do no not feel like cooking dinner. They are friendly, quick, the food is fresh, and they customize my orders to my preferences (low salt, super-spicy). I love the fresh vegetables and have never been disappointed unless the meal has the usual Chinese-takeout-salt level. Excellent: Crabmeat cheese wontons (eat them right away before they cool too much), Beef Lo Mein, Chicken Fried Rice, Moo Goo Gai Pan, Chicken Chow Mein. Pretty good: Pad Thai, there is a dedicated Thai restaraunt across the street if you want Thai food though. The only possible con is that it does take a while from when you order until you get your food, but that's because they are cooking it fresh right when you order it so I can't hold it against them. read more
