Crab cake sliders with fries (overcooked)
    Diana T.

We had bar bites with friends before going to a concert downtown. The crab cake sliders were amazing. This time around the shrimp egg rolls weren't all that great and were really salty. Our 1st batch of fries that came with the sliders were overcooked. Hence the 4 stars! They did bring us out a fresh batch of fries but by then we had eaten our other food. The bar area is quaint and was relatively chill! Oliver, our waiter, was very personable!

The service was very attentive! The host team was cordial and friendly! The ambiance was traditional ole steakhouse!! The oyster Rockefeller was exceptional! They fly oysters in from Boston! The lobster bisque was really good for the Midwest! The Caesar's salad was fresh and the anchovies were really good and plentiful. We had the Bone in cowboy ribeye! Med rare! It was good but not great! Worth the visit if you're in Omaha!

Well I ordered take out for my birthday. And I choose this steak house and I enjoyed it very much. Planning on eating there again cause the food as delicious. I ordered the Cajun ribeye ehich was juicy and flavorful. Next was the 3 cheese Mac with lobster nice chunks of lobster and cheesy goodness. And last was the beef Wellington bites the star of the show in my opinion. Flaky puffs with meaty goodness. The package was well put to together on the take out order.

My server Bitly was an amazing, observant, and perfect friend on my solo deluxe lunch today. I mentioned I was having some trouble deciding between beef and seafood and upon deciding on beef he reminded me I could get lobster added to my side of au gratin potatoes making a perfect meal for me today. Lunch itself was... udder perfection :) It was my first time having A5 Wagyu steak and they really made it a special experience, even offering me the Japanese certificate of authenticity meticulously describing my meat. The wedge salad was great too and the added bacon was perfectly done. Ending with some great bananas foster bread pudding with house made caramel sauce was amazing as well. Topping it all off with some super espresso got me back to my day with one of the best meals and service I have ever experienced. As for the steak, melt in your mouth is an understatement, my taste buds felt like they were sizzling. The Yakiniku sauce was noteworthy too but I mainly just enjoyed the steak for itself.

Richard is the man. He provided amazing guidance through the menu with insights on what to order. The cowboy was succulent and the smoked old fashion was the smoothest old fashion I have had in a long time. Busy on a Friday night but great atmosphere to talk with friends and enjoy the food.

Went here for the first time for Omaha restaurant week. Really liked the atmosphere and the staff was pretty friendly. It is a nice place and it honestly though an upscale restaurant the chairs and both were so comfortable it felt homey. We ordered a few drinks and their Philly cheese steak eggrolls. These were incredible and glad we listened to the waitress. We both had the lobster bisque. My husband liked it a lot but it was okay to me. There was a bitterness that I didn't care for. I got the New York strip with their Oscar add on and the steak was like butter and the cook was spot on. Husband had the ribeye and ordered a side of Mac and cheese. He also loved his steak but thought the side could use some more salt. My husband got the key lime pie dessert and I got the banana pudding with ice cream. The ice cream was delicious! We both thought it would be a cool idea to come back and check out their bar side with more apps as well. You will drop some cash for sure but it was a date night and we treated ourselves.

Taylor, Oliver, and Jasmine, Thank you for hosting Check Capital Management with such an exceptional experience. A great send off right after the emotional rollercoaster we all went through after The Great Oracle Of Omaha's surprise announcement. Despite our sweet sorrow, the food, ambience and service provided everlasting love and comfort for the end of an era. For my first time in Omaha, this was a night to remember, and I wish to come back. I miss the people already but I'm glad that Sullivan will be there for them. Thank you, Omaha And Thank you, Warren

Taylor my waiter, was amazing! I happen to be on the road on my birthday, so I indulged myself with a special meal. The Wedge, bone in Ribeye and Carrot cake were beyond expectations! If you want to go somewhere special, Sullivans is that place! Omaha Ne

Loved Taylor, our server. The food was good. However, the wait time for our drinks, food, dessert and our check was way too long.

The space is super cute and bigger than I expected. I love that the windows open up and give it an indoor/outdoor vibe, and the tropical décor makes it feel fun and cozy at the same time. There's plenty of seating, and they can fit both small and big groups. We were a party of about eight and were still able to find a good spot together. Something I really liked is that they let you bring food from other places since they don't serve any, which is perfect if you want to hang out for a while. Their drink menu is huge, and the presentation is honestly amazing. When we first got there it was slow, but it definitely got busier as the night went on. We did struggle a bit when it was time to check out because all the servers were running around, so just be ready for that on a busy night. Overall, we had a great time. The seating was a bit of a challenge as we had to seat ourselves and we had a decently large group, so we had to wander around for a bit trying to find a spot, but we eventually did. I'll probably be back to try more drinks, but maybe when they are less busy!

Drinks are expensive for what you get. I tried their premium old-fashioned, and honestly, it was no better than a standard old-fashioned elsewhere. Nothing wrong with it, just nothing memorable--certainly not at that price point. Service was slow, which was surprising given that it was a quiet night. On top of that, since the bar is in the hotel basement, there's no cell service. The Wi-Fi password I was given didn't work, which made the experience more frustrating than it needed to be. I made a reservation for five of us, and we were counting down the days like it was a holiday. When we arrived, we valet parked and made our way inside. The restaurant is a little tucked away. Head downstairs past the hotel lounge and you will find it. It kind of gives the place a secret, speakeasy vibe, which I loved. We were greeted warmly and led to a private dining room that was beyond charming. It featured a renovated poker table that now serves as a dining table. It was unique, intimate, and perfect for our group. We were offered still or sparkling water right away, and the service was attentive from start to finish. Joe, our server, was fantastic. He knew we were celebrating and made the experience feel personalized from the moment we sat down. He also knew I was there for the Beef Wellington. I had noted it in the reservation, which I highly recommend, because they only prepare a limited number each day. They saved one for me, and I am still dreaming about it. Since it was our first time, we went all out. We shared Caesar salads, a small chilled seafood tower, bourbon-glazed pork belly, and an artisanal cheese board. Everything was top-notch. I do not even eat seafood, but the tarragon sauce on the tower was absolutely incredible. I would put that on toast, fries, maybe even a shoe. It was that good. For mains, most of us ordered the New York strip steaks. My husband chose the Summer of Steak flight, and I finally got my hands on the Wellington. Every entrée was cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. These were easily some of the best steaks we have had in Omaha. We also ordered four sides to share, which was just right for our group of five. The truffle fries were hot and crispy with a lemon aioli that I wanted to take home in a bottle. The asparagus was fresh and perfectly done. The mashed potatoes were whipped and fluffy. The aged cheddar mac and cheese was everything it should be--gooey, rich, and ridiculously satisfying. Naturally, we did not stop there. We sampled a few desserts: Baked Alaska, Coconut Torte, and the Blackstone Butterbrickle. All three were excellent. There was not a single bite left behind. The cocktails were also a standout. Some of the best margaritas we have had in a while. The bartender deserves his own round of applause. Yes, it was a splurge. With tip, the bill came to around $1,200. But it was a birthday, and as my dad always says, if the food and the experience were good, it was money well spent. And this absolutely was. The Committee Chophouse delivered at every level: flavor, service, ambiance, and attention to detail. We left full, happy, and already talking about when we can go back.
