A family member told us about this place and said he comes here regularly to pickup food, even when he doesn't walk through the mall. We were at the mall and hungry so it was a good opportunity to check it out. We tried a sample to be sure and it confirmed our decision to try it out. I got a chicken and shrimp meal with fried rice and vegetables. Instead of fried rice, you could also get white rice or noodles. After paying you have to wait a little bit for them to heat up the food. It's a big portion, more than I could have for one meal, and it's really delicious! We got the shrimp lightly seasoned with the sauce so it wouldn't be too sweet. It was good but I liked the chicken more. Portion is great, the way they cook it can be a hit or miss depending how well done it is, but still great IMO (I never had an issue bc I like mine a little crunchy). Service really depends on the amount of people buying since the place can get very busy especially on the weekends. The ambiance is ok.. it's in the food court, lots of seats you can find. I originally tried this place because of the tasty teriyaki chicken samples they were handing out. However, after ordering, my opinion on the food is that it's just average nothing special. I ordered the beef plate with steamed rice and veggies ($13.39) and was disappointed to see that the "steamed veggies" were basically a pile of cabbage with just two pieces of broccoli. The beef tasted good, but there wasn't much of it. Overall, the portions are small and the prices feel steep for what you get. The staff is friendly, but the food takes a while to cook and come out. This location is as clean as you can expect for a mall food court, but it gets crowded quickly. I do really like this place even though it's inconvenient that it's in the mall. I've had issues with them ordering through the apps, so it makes it very inconvenient that you have to actually go to the mall to get the food. As far as the food goes, I really like the sauce and I like that you have an option between how much vegetable you want versus how much rice and you get to pick your ratio. Their food is tasty. They cook it in front of you so you can see how it's made. The temporary is frozen prepackaged, so I won't order it again. read more

I ordered on DoorDash and the noodles were stale, the container was covered in black dirt/fuzz and dust (on the inside around the rim touching the food). Probably a major health code violation so beware if you order here. The chicken gyoza was cold and soggy. The drink was very watery since all the ice had melted (probably sitting out way before pickup). The sushi was okay but the imitation crab was a big chunk/stick and not shredded like at most places. Usually this place is very yummy however, i had a couple of issues with my experience yesterday. First, the food took forever to make when all I got was chicken and white rice. Second, after leaving the mall, I looked at the receipt and there was $2 worth of tip added to the end. You should be clearly disclosing this to customers, as I did not see a single sign stating anything about that. A tip is considered optional. If it is not optional, then it is a service fee. I just tried Simi Hana in Canoga Park for the first time. The only reason I went here, is that Panda Express which is next-door was out of many of their entrées. So I thought I'd give Suki a try. The food is terrible. I think they're using the worst part of the chicken, and clearly not what was shown in the photograph's displayed behind the counter. To me, it's greasy and fatty, and clearly not worth the money spent. The only good part is that the staff was extremely friendly, but it was hard to communicate in English. read more

I ordered a regular chicken teriyaki plate with veggies and rice. I wanted to opt in for the noodles but since it was my first time I wanted to just try it as is. I should've taken a picture because it was so good. To order, you can order with the cashier or use their kiosk. I used the kiosk and it was fast and easy.
