Chicken Nachos that came out lukewarm and took 25 min. Like only 2 people were in there prepping food. Swamped at the NYE celebration in Grand Park DTLA. Guys were nice and had to deal with drunk, high, angry people all night. Flavors were alright, extra avocado crema was nice. $18.70 for nachos was pricey but that's to be expected these days. Fast service and super friendly. I picked this truck at an event because there was no wait. I got the hibachi fries with filet mignon. The beef quality was great. It had a little too much nacho cheese which made the fries lose their crispiness. But overall it was bomb and the garlic butter was insane. Can't go wrong! read more

My friends and I ate this the other weekend for lunch. We saw the food truck and wanted to give it a try. We each got the burrito, mine was chicken, while my friends got shrimp. The burrito was decent sized and I was very excited to try it, but it was kind of dry. Needed way more sauce, and I even got extra sauce on the side. I know they were super busy that day, so I am eager to try to give them another shot, because i am sure I will like something else on their menu! read more

Worst service ever, got a filet mignon bowl and after waiting over 45 mins they still didn't have it ready. My friends and family ordered the same thing and got their food but my order would not come out. Asked three times for an update on my order and continued saying it's coming. 8 people that ordered their food after me got their order and still nothing. Worker stated some meats take longer to cook, after the 8th guy that ordered after me got their order first, i decided to ask them what they got and they said they got the same thing as me. Not as good as it sounds. For starters, I waited 30 minutes for a burrito... I had the chicken burrito and everything was just dry. The chicken was dry, the rice was dry, there wasn't even enough of the queso to redeem it. The queso was probably the best part about it. I did appreciate that they toasted the burrito on the flattop. Honestly, I couldn't even finish it because I wasn't enjoying it. Definitely not worth $18. read more

We ordered the 3 taco combo for $14 which comes with chips and a drink -- an outstanding deal that's hard to beat anywhere. We went with carnitas, pollo asado, and carne asada, all served street style on corn tortillas with onion and cilantro. Every single taco was packed with flavor and had just the right amount of spice. The salsas -- both the roja and the verde -- were fantastic and elevated each bite. The chips were a great bonus and the whole package together made for a seriously satisfying meal. What really set this experience apart was the service. The staff offered to let us try the meat before we ordered -- that kind of confidence in your product and genuine hospitality is rare and immediately won us over. You don't expect that level of care from a food hall stall but Cilantro Lime delivers it effortlessly. The Topanga Social food hall is clean and well laid out, and if Cilantro Lime is any indication of the quality of vendors calling it home, this could very well be the start of a real resurgence for the space. The Valley deserves a thriving food hall and spots like this give reason for optimism. At $14 for three tacos, chips, and a drink this is one of the best value meals you'll find in the Valley. Cilantro Lime is a must-visit -- don't let the food hall location fool you, this place is the real deal.

Hands down, one of the best things I've ever tasted. It was perfectly crispy, cheesy, juicy--just an all-around flavor bomb. We were a little unsure going in, since birria can be goat, beef, or a mix, and there wasn't a clear mention. But it turned out to be beef (yay!), and it was absolutely delicious. Rich, savory, and cooked to perfection. Definitely coming back for more of that.

Last time I was at this establishment was years ago, so I figured I'd give them a try again. As opposed to other taquerias and taco trucks, and their previous service in the past, now they only give u a single tortilla for the birria tacos (who sells single tortilla birria tacos!). This makes them soggy and they end up coming apart. Also was given no consome in the little cup to dip the tacos as they used to back in the day. Wish I could rate them better but the food quality has gone down. As far as the food goes, I give it a 2/5 but the customer service gives me them a 3/5.

These are easily the best tacos I've had anywhere in the Valley. I ordered the chorizo, asada, and al pastor, and every single one was excellent. The meat was flavorful, the tortillas were on point, and the toppings were fresh. One thing I really appreciate is that you can load up on as much salsa, toppings, and condiments as you want. No skimping here. I hate working the night shift because it means I can't come here nearly as often as I'd like. If you're in the Valley and craving great tacos, do yourself a favor and stop by.
