The masseuse gave me a hybrid Thai and Swedish massage. Parts of it were painful and uncomfortable when the masseuse stepped on my back and literally put all of her weight on me. I told the masseuse that some of the massage movements were painful and she adjusted accordingly to different techniques. After the massage session was completed, my +1 and I were proceeding to the lobby and was offered two complimentary cups of cold water. As we were paying for the massage services, the staff (also my masseuse) provided the $120 price and said directly that this amount doesn't include tip. First off, that was an unnecessary comment and unprofessional. Then as we were giving the cash to tip the two masseuses (she was one of them), the masseuse said give me $20 for the other masseuse and $20 for me.
