Overall I think they are fancier and pricier than most others but worth the money. Staff was very attentive; dining room a bit small and crowded; AC very weak (on a hot day). The staff started clearing our table and even asked if I was waiting for more food. When I reminded them about my sandwich, I was told that chicken sandwiches take a long time to prepare. Meanwhile, I watched multiple tables around me receive chicken sandwiches and fried chicken within minutes. After waiting nearly an hour, I finally gave up and asked them to remove the sandwich from my bill since I never received it. Conveniently, that was when they suddenly tried to bring it out. What made this experience even more frustrating was that I had gone out of my way to visit this restaurant because of all the excitement surrounding it on social media. I expected a good meal and a decent experience, but instead, I wasted over two hours between the drive and the wait, only to leave disappointed and without receiving my full order.
