I actually stumbled onto this place because I won my wedding cake from them. After having my consultation and my tasting I fell in love with their cupcakes. At least once a week I swing by to grab a cupcake because they are that amazing. First off, the frosting is light and perfect. It's almost a mix between a whipped frosting and regular frosting. No matter what, it is always perfect. Plus they mix it up by adding new flavors for the week so there is always something new to try. They are always moist, never dry and full of flavor. The prices are great considering you are getting a true gourmet cupcake for only $2.50. My favorite is the chocolate on chocolate cupcake. This will be my first yelp review but it is well over due. I love this place. Not only is it a short drive from my house, it's right next to my real estate school. I love their vanilla cupcake. The cake itself is soft and fluffy, while the frosting is the perfect amount of sweet. I've order these cupcakes for a bridal shower and they were decorated exactly as I described. I also got my boyfriend's fire academy graduation cake here and everyone loved it! I was really picky on how I wanted it to look and they took the time to listen to my ENDLESS instruction. I ordered a variety of every flavor. Every single one of them was amazing and delicious. They were a huge hit at the party. Afterword I froze the remaining three and they were delicious days later. I stopped by on NYE. The place looked clean, but I didn't stay very long. They had several flavors and I chose Red Velvet and Salted Caramel. Mmmmmmkay, dat's tasty! Frosting on RV is OMGyum. This place is probably one of my favorite bakeries in the valley. Not only because they are able to execute some of the most difficult requests for cake decorations and cupcake decor, but also because they have amazing customer service. Every time I have gone in, I am greeted with a pleasant smile and a conversation. They have different cupcakes laid out every time. I can say that almost each one is my favorite. :) What I love most about this place is there constant promotions. They offer "happy hours" a few days a week where they sell their cupcakes for only $1 and you are allowed as many as you'd like. The other thing I admire most about this place are their summer promotions. They do fun-themed promotions for free cupcakes: "mustache day", "prince/princess day", "flip-flop day" etc.... Usually they'll list the dates on their FB page. I have ordered both custom birthday cakes as well as cupcakes for large parties I have hosted. I have been very pleased each time and that's what keeps me coming back. The decor inside is bright and fun. They have a few tables inside for seating and another sitting area in the back for bridal clients. The cake was beautifully decorated and the actual cake (red velvet) was moist with a delicate crumb. Unfortunately everything went sideways with the frosting and filling - the caramel was much too heavy for the cake - and the butter cream frosting tasted oily - and without a discernable flavor - it was non-decrepitly sweet and tasted more like a shortening based frosting rather than a buttercream. I got a dozen cupcakes and I was honesty impressed with the size. They are pretty hefty and have a good ratio of cake to frosting. The cake and frosting are both delicious.
