I cannot even express the joy Brandi's cake brought to my daughter. She was blown away by the cake. She kept saying "Wow, wow, wow." The folks around us did not believe it was actually a cake. We shared with the folks sitting around us and passed around Brandi's card. Brandi is truly an artist. I will definitely be using her again. Thanks Brandi!!! read more

What can I say, Brandi is AMAZING!!! She did cupcakes for me a few times, always a great experience. She has come through at the last minute for me, she's always been super responsive and upfront. She produces quality cakes and cupcakes that taste delicious. Then her gingerbread houses are soooo much fun! We had the best time with her gingerbread house kits. They taste delicious too! My entirely spoiled son refuses to have cakes unless it's from Brandi We've ordered from her multiple times now, both cakes, cupcakes and cheesecakes She is the perfect vendor for a celebration that requires something special. Also don't sleep on her cheesecakes especially the espresso one, I just picked up a dozen of her mini regular and her mini espresso and I know for a fact that I'm going to have to hide a couple of the espresso ones if I'm even going to get to have one today She's been a mainstay of many of my son celebrations and I can't imagine doing them without her, thank you Brandi read more

I have been super happy with the two cakes I have ordered from Brandy. Exactly what I asked for for design and good details. We ordered red velvet cake that had an amazing cream cheese and the other cake had a simple marble cake that was soft and delicious. Easy to pay on Venmo, they take a down payment obviously so they don't make a cake they don't need too and make sure you know what you want. Lots of yummy cake flavor options. read more

Can you tell when your food is made with love? You know, when that cake is extra moist, the color extra vibrant the buttercream smooth not insultingly sweet? When the fondant was rolled with care and details where you weren't really expecting them to be? Brandi puts all of her skill in her work. She knows what the customer orders and she gives you that extra because she cares. I have ordered custom cupcake kits and cupcakes and they never disappoint. HOLLY MOLLY! WOW! What an amazing cake. My son graduated from the fire academy in August, I searched google/Etsy/every website looking for the perfect cake design, well after searching for weeks I found it. I contacted custom creative cakes by Brandi via email she responded within a few minutes saying yes I can make that for you. (Side note I also contacted 2 other bakery's and I'm still waiting for a response) we went back and forth with e-mails about flavor etc......... I sent my deposit in and a few days before the party she contacted me to go over fine details. The day of pick up she sent me an email with the pick up address and balance due. Easy peesy !!!!! The cake I picked up was BETTER than the picture I sent her, the cake was AMAZING not only did it look WOW it tasted even better. I highly recommend custom creative cakes by Brandi I will definitely be using again. While I was there picking up my cake a few other people were picking up cheese cakes, they told me she makes the absolute best cheesecake. Looks like I'm going to have to try it. I found Brandi first on Yelp, but saw that she was on Facebook and Instagram and loved her cakes so I reached out to her to make a locomotive cake for my train theme party. She was very easy to work with. I showed her a few pictures and colors and she definitely delivered!!! I kept getting compliments from so many people at the party. Wow! Brandi took a Pinterest picture I sent her and made my husband's Birthday dreams come true! She's an artist extraordinaire! As awesome looking as this cake was its hard to believe it was even more delicious with red velvet interior and the helmet made from Rice Krispies and what looked like fruity pebbles. I attempted to order a cake last minute, which was my own fault for waiting too long, but was told she could take the order. I sent her multiple images of cakes and narrowed it down to one. She then sent me her own image of a cake and asked if she could make that one. I reminded her of the cake I had sent and she agreed to make it. I picked out the flavor and filling and gave her the green light. While we were out to dinner for said daughters birthday she emailed me asking for an immediate response. I did not see the email until 3 hours later and she had said she was no longer able to complete the order. I know it was last minute but I feel this was very poor customer service. I never insisted she take the order and was so appreciative when she did agree to. Now I'm back at square one looking for a 1st birthday cake. *****I do apologize, she never sent me one of her ideas but rather it was a misunderstanding of which cake I had selected from the 3 I sent her. At 3:00 pm we had a cake agreed upon with me sending her a deposit. My family and I went out to dinner and playtime until 7:00. When we arrived home I planned on paying the deposit via FB and when I checked my email she then said sorry she was not able to fulfill the order. A deadline of today was set for the deposit, not a specific time of 4:30, 5:00, or 6. Again, this was awful customer service and very unexpected. read more

Great company. Great customer service. Great product. I sent and email at the beginning of the week asking for a smash cake and cupcakes for my sons second birthday. We came up with a game plan and was asked for 50% of the amount to secure the order. The order was ready to go at the exact time we discussed and looked amazing. I am so thankful that she was able to get my order done so quickly and with COVID-19 all of the right precautions were taken at pick up. I would 100% order more cakes from her and I am also recommending to my friends and family. read more

Brandi truly lives up to her five star ratings. If you follow her cake page in Instagram, her work speaks for itself. It's unbelievable how creative she is with her work. I recently ordered a cake for myself while I was cake shopping last minute. Here's an advise for cake shoppers out there, call or email her first because she makes the cakes by order. Five staring rating is based on..... * Fast response on giving a quote via email. I received a quote within minutes after I sent an email. * Customer service. Very friendly and helpful. In person and through email. She answered all my questions and concerns. * Timing. Normally I like to planned ahead but she amazed me by taking my order and completing it within two days!! * Quality of the cake. I ordered the chocolate cake and it was super delicious. I love how moist it was, this includes the leftovers! She's worth saving in my phone as a contact. I will definitely order another cake from Brandi again in the future. read more

500* all the way! In my professional life, I have been planning events for 20 years, from black tie galas, golf tournaments, auctions, to picnics and barbecues: suffice it to say I've ordered many cakes in that time. I contacted Brandi with a request for Scott's 50th Birthday cake, she responded very quickly and immediately instilled the sense that I'd chosen a great baker. I was right. Looking over her incredible designs, I was 100% certain the cake would be beautiful: what she delivered yesterday surpassed my already high expectations in taste, decoration, and timeliness. Scott wanted a chocolate cake with banana filling; I generally am not a fan of chocolate, but Brandi's cake was moist and delicious, the banana filling had pieces of real banana and was a great compliment to the cake. We chose to go with a NY Yankee theme, and the pinstriped baseball diamond design had our guests ooh-ing and ahh-ing, and snapping photos. She even added the letters "SHS" to the pitcher's mound to represent the Long Island, NY High School we met at 34 years ago. It was a perfect confectionary moment! My SIL was able to pick the cake up, and it was the easiest and tastiest part of the party. I will absolutely be ordering from Brandi again, and can recommend 100% you do the same to have a custom cake that will knock your socks off. Finally, her prices are super reasonable. Thank you Brandi for making Scott's special day so much sweeter! read more

I ordered a cake recently for my mom's 80th birthday. From start to finish, the process was so easy. I sent a picture of what I would like the cake to look like and it looked just like it! The cake and frosting was delicious and was still good the next several days. I would definitely order another cake from Brandi. read more

Amazing!!! Did a Joker cake for my son's birthday and he absolutely loved it, not only did it look amazing, but tasted incredible. The first words out of my son's mouth after the first bite was, "It's delicious." And he's a picky eater so that means a lot. It was truly a work of art, I felt bad cutting into it, but after I tasted it I didn't feel AS bad. :) Can't say enough great things about the cake and Brandi, she was super helpful and professional.
