Christina asked me to complete a skin questionnaire upon my arrival, and at the beginning of the appointment, she assessed my skin carefully (but without the judgmental comments that I unnecessarily had feared) and recommended the facial that she thought would be best for me. Each step of the way throughout the facial, Christina explained what she was doing, and she also provided helpful skin tips and insights. She truly took her time, and she clearly took pride in providing quality, individualized care to me (and to her clients overall, I would think). At the end of the facial, Christina also provided me a nice travel-size kit of skincare products (with detailed individualized recommendations) to put me on the right path for post-facial skincare.
