Lost of people make cookies, but Sarah's of Cravings are truly just outstanding! From those first two bites I was wanting more - and fully indulged myself several times over while on the island! Cravings has a wonderful variety of organic foods, and their produce is so fresh and flavorful. Their granola also has a reputation of its own as being world-class. My Filipino in me was so happy especially when I saw that halo-halo. This store got lotsa snacks for the road. They got deli that includes cold wrap & sandwiches, lemonade, boba drinks and smoothies and some Filipino groceries that reminds me of home. They offer fruit smoothies that are much bigger than those across the street - $8 for 20 oz of fresh fruit smoothies instead of $9 for like 10 ounces across the street. They also offer other desserts like boba teas and halo halo, which we found to be very delicious and very reasonably priced. This would be great place to stop by before or after your hike at Waimea for baked goods, trail mix/chips, sandwiches and/or teas and dessert. I would highly consider ordering sandwiches and snacks to-go and then having them on my hike. I also ordered a malasadas and bought some trail mix for the road - all packaged by 4tea. I think the price points are great and the owners are very kind. However, I noticed the downside of this store is the small signage, which I couldn't even see eating at Island Taco. But what we did was park near Island Taco (since they do not have their own lot but instead they share the lot with a private homeowner). So I would park on the street or nearby and walk over. Alongside the trail mix, they also have fruit candies, chips, bakery items, and sandwiches of all kinds - all very reasonably priced. It's hard because this place does not have seating, but you can easily grab this food to go and enjoy it at a beach nearby like Salt Pond Park. I hope this business does well and that they get more foot traffic, which is why I'm writing this thorough review, noticing that they aren't on Yelp yet - Hope this local business does well!
