We had a mold problem in our apartment that was very difficult to totally clean, 2 companies was trying to help, so our clothes were left in the dry cleaners until problem was solved, all the while letting the store know what was going on and we want our clothes. They seemed to understanding, acknowledging they understood, having had extensive conversations. Well when we finally went to pick up our clothes, over a hundred dollars of dry cleaning was stolen, we were told the manager went thought our clothes and took some!! My spouse just told me let's just get what's left and leave. We had close to a $1000 in dry cleaning at that store, you lost customers for life.

We treated them to dinner on Thursday evening. When the waitress was delivering dessert to our table she accidentally tilted the tray and a cup of chocolate ice cream hard shell sauce slid and splashed on my sons blazer sleeve, AND also on the blazer sleeve of his guest. What a mess! However, his guest soon explained that his blazer was Italian handmade, a gift from his mother, and the value $2,000.00. YIKES! Our club promised to replace if needed. I took his custom, Italian blazer to Curry Dry Cleaner first thing Friday morning, 10/27/17. Problem Solved: I delivered the chocolate hard shell sauce stained blazer to Curry Dry Cleaners at 7:30 Friday morning. I explained the entire situation and that our guest was only here for the football weekend. Curry Dry Cleaners examined the blazer and determined fairly quickly that they could remove the stain! Wow, really?!Then they asked if I wanted to pick it up later in the day for our out of town guest! Yes, yes, yes, customer service at its best!!! I'm sold on Curry Dry Cleaners and so is our Atlanta friend! Pictures posted say it all! A+ for great dry cleaning, friendly service and going above and beyond!!!

To hem two pants and the sleeves of a blazer was $115 plus tax (a bit steep there- and much higher than posted on their Facebook). The pants were $25 each and the blazer was $65. I was hopeful the quality of work warranted that price, but unfortunately that's not the case. The seamstress folded in the arms of my blazer and sewed it in like that, leaving button holes visible in the cuff, of which they kept the buttons that they removed. I had to request she sew shut the cuff button holes now mostly on the inside of my blazer at pick up and expressed it doesn't look good as I now have a thick and bulky cuff with visible stitching, and a visible button hole on the edge of the cuff. The stitches are all visible through the outside of the clothes, and the stitches themself are not neat. I'm extremely disappointed that my nice business clothes (all JCrew and in total cost over $400) now look like this and am contemplating how I'm supposed to show up to work with a visibly horribly altered suit. As a positive, they got the work done way faster than requested (almost 2 weeks) or communicated; although, I'd rather they'd have taken their time and done a better job.

The male associate was clueless on how to retrieve the reservation and his customer service was beyond ridiculous! After another associate assisted him, he was still clueless. My son explained what he wanted for his wedding suit as he had already viewed on Men's Wearhouse's site! I asked for the manager since we were getting no where. The manager came out and stated the only suits they had the "rent" were on the counter!! Now we were there to buy a suit for my son and husband for the wedding! Not rent as they evidently assumed!!!! Never once was he asked anything passed the slap on the counter as to which suit he'd like from the laminated junky sheet of cookie cutter suits!!! This place is unprofessional and uneducated! My husband and I came to this location to purchase a suit for his son's wedding, and Lamont guided us through every single aspect of the process. From selecting the right fit to handling alterations, he made sure we felt confident and taken care of. We left that day knowing Men's Wearhouse would be our go-to spot for any of my husband's future suiting needs. Full disclosure though--when we returned to pick up one of the suits (he purchased one for the wedding and another for date nights), Lamont wasn't there. Unfortunately, we experienced some of the worst customer service we've ever had. The young Black woman working that day made it clear she would've rather been anywhere else. She tried to engage in small talk toward the end of our visit, but the attitude she had carried up to that point had already left a bad taste. Fast forward to today--my husband and I had some errands to run and decided to stop by Men's Wearhouse first, just to get it out of the way. To our surprise and delight, there was Lamont! We were so genuinely happy to see him. As always, he was dapper and dressed to the nines, instantly elevating the energy of the entire store. Lamont has the confident ease of a store owner and knows exactly how to make you feel comfortable while providing exceptional service. His professionalism and warmth today completely restored our faith in Men's Wearhouse. My husband and I have already agreed--we'll only return on days Lamont is working. With him, we know we're guaranteed the absolute best experience every time.

This happened a couple months ago now but in needing more alterations done, I got annoyed all over again thinking about it. I've been wearing suits to work for over 10 years now. When I put on my pants, I put my right foot in first, and occasionally it will catch the stitching on the hem at the bottom right leg. This can cause the stitch to come loose which requires that tiny little area to just be resewn. It's happened before, it will happen again. So I walked into Vera's early on a Monday morning. I explained this situation, showed her, and was asked "Do you want to wait 10 or 15 minutes for this?". Pause here because this makes sense. A very simple fix should take little time and cost little money, right? I had to get to work so I said I'd pick it up later or the following day. Fast forward to later that afternoon, and I went by to pick up my pants and there was now a younger lady manning the shop. To my dismay, the pants that I was told would take 10-15 minute were not done and she didn't seem to know when they would be. Okay... no big deal. A couple days go by and I go to pick them up. As I'm being rung up, I see on the ticket $4 and change (or something like that) and I'm thinking that while I assumed it would be a quick, cheap fix, less than $5 is not bad, right? That was not the case. I was charged almost $30... ... for a 15 minute quick stitch fix... I mean... I'm pretty sure I could have figured out how to do this with a thread and needle. I was a bit confused and so I questioned her. "That seems a little high?". She responded "No, this is standard pricing". I questioned her again and reminded her that she told me it would only take "10-15 minutes" (WHICH I DISTINCTLY RECALL SINCE SHE ASKED IF I WANTED TO WAIT WHEN I DROPPED THEM OFF). She responded by saying that she never said that and that in all her years nobody had ever challenged her on price. I was uncomfortable so I handed her my card. But why would I even make that up?! Unless she had a twin, she looked me in the face and called me a liar when she had her facts wrong. Here's what I think happened. I think I was charged for what it would typically cost for both pant legs to be hemmed... and that $30 price range makes sense. But I had a stitch loose on only one of two legs. I'm not sure she even recalled the work that had been done and in her mind thought full work had been done on both legs?! I don't know but given my questioning, I think she could have looked into this a little further... Anyway, the whole experience was offputting. I won't be going back.
