I brought a dress in from outside sales and she was able to take me, no appointment required. She worked quickly and diligently, making sure I was happy with the fit and length. She tailored the dress within only a couple days after which I had a second fitting before she completed the work. The dress fits like a dream and looks even more stunning! Thank you Lana for your hard work!

I have been so excited all week long. I get there and the lady proceeds to tell me there are books I can look at because there isn't much in my size. That being my size, I would have to special order. Tells my Bestfriend that the dresses she was looking at would be way too small for me to try on. She literally said "I'm looking at you and you have to be atleast an 18, maybe bigger" when I am telling her that I've tried on dresses and I always try on 10-14 depending on the breast section because I am big chested. She is responding to me that I would be LUCKY to get into an 18. I have never in my life experienced someone so rude. How are you a wedding dress shop owner and supposed to make money off of making women feel beautiful and treat someone like that? To see someone who was so excited to try on dresses but instead she is going home crying. Anyways, I would NOT recommend using colonial bride in Hinesville. Save your self esteem and go to David's Bridal in Savannah.

I was fitted for a suit, and was told they would contact me as soon as the suit was in within a couple of days. It's been several weeks now and so I've reached out to the store and asked where my suit was? A staff member advised me she would have to check the back. several minutes later, she got back on the phone and said oh yeah we have your suit. I said were you guys ever gonna let me know that my suit came in? She didn't respond. I called corporate waited 10 minutes on the phone someone picked up, then hung up... This was my first time ever buying a suit from this place and the last in my lifetime.!

I finally asked a worker who looked at us but said nothing if we need an appointment. That's when we were helped. Fast forward to pick up day. My cousin went with my son this time. Having said nothing to her about customer service I was no surprised that she explored Des the same greeting. Although she sent a picture to me I did not notice how short the sleeve to the jacket was. My son told me that the worker said it was fine. When I same the shotty job done on the sleeve I was livid. At that point it was too late to do anything. Thankfully he wore black on black otherwise- I would have caught it from the picture as I hope everyone else could have! But really? Sending him home with a tux for prom with a sleeve that looked like it belonged on an 8th grader and not a senior football player is not acceptable. "It's fine" no sir it was not.
