The tuna mashed potato salad is a nice variation on traditional potato salad, and the spring mix salad is a perfect accompaniment. For dinner, I've had the shrimp cake lollipops -- these are just amazing. Crispy and light, but flavorful. With a bit of tartar sauce on the side. We also had the Foie Gras and Chicken Liver Parfait which is luxurious and heavenly. It's layered with berry jelly on top and served with crunchy baguette and house pickled shallots which give it a shot of acid and brightness to offset the richness of the dish. The food took forever to arrive (turns out one of their staff was out getting eggs and milk from the grocery store!). After a while I asked for the cheesecake first since that doesn't require cooking! The croffle was an interesting concept that works well - it's a croissant shaped like a waffle. The cheesecake was average and I would not order again. My main complaint is that they were severely understaffed and that the wait was unacceptable even though the restaurant was basically empty.
