I've ordered from this location many times over the year through Grub Hub but never again. Got a 3rd of the way through the salad only to see an extra item I didn't order. I called the store. The food tasted good ingredients were just fine but my issue was the manager working today Wed Apr 19. I came in with my friend and she ordered a MENU ITEM and just simple asked to substitute the meat option for another. Then the manager rudely said "That's not a Bella Mozza then that's a spicy Italian, what bread do you want do you want it toasted I need to know what I need to know before you tell me ingredients" we did not speak to her rudely or with attitude so there was no reason for that. Like it's a menu item I'd expect it to have a predetermined bread choice and if not she could've asked NICELY not with attitude. After that my friend simply asked to add Parmesan to it and she just ignored her completely and put the sandwich in the toaster. No communication to her non busy coworker on the other side. No communication to us to let us know that her coworker will have the shaker and do that for her. She moved on to me and wasn't as rude with remarks but she still held her attitude and tone. when we moved on the other other half of the bar where the veggies are I heard her be rude to other customers as well. Absurd and disgusting behavior. I didn't catch her name but there was only two people working a cashier and a manager so whoever the manager was today wed apr 19 she's very rude and the way she acted was uncalled for. Props to the cashier working on veggies and cash side no attitude or anything just listened to what we requested for our veggies and rung us up very quickly her speed was amazing she needs to be the manager instead of that other rude ass lady. I'm not sure what's so hard about I want a "Bella mozza" a menu item they should know because they WORK THERE especially the manager "just sub ham for pepperoni" Also I want to point out I'm not just a random kid who knows nothing about food Industry or food work. I work in a restaurant that's very busy all the time so I can understand that the busyness can get to you. However there was absolutely NO reason for that manager to speak to us the way she did. The worst! 6 teenagers manning the restaurant and no customers. I ended up paying &31 for two foot longs, one turkey and one roast beef. How does a Subway location get by with posting a sign up at the counter that "they do NOT take Subway coupons"!?

My sub was made incorrectly through an online order and I contacted Subway to have my sub remade. Manager Paulette stated, "if that's what you place, sorry I can't help with that." Then hangs up the phone. I call to get Manager Paulette's name and she replies, "I don't have to give you that. I'm not doing this with you today!" Then proceeds to hang up on me again. Wow! Clearly manager Paulette lacks the skills and necessary manager or even basic customer service training needed to run Subway or any other establishment effectively. Second time I've tried this store, best thing they could do would be just shut it down, the first time I walked in I was told that subway coupons were not accepted at that subway. That's fine if some stores don't want to acknowledge this, but the demeanor of the woman taking my order as if I had done something wrong, just rude and unprofessional. Tried them again in a pinch, got a bowl made that was not on the menu, I could assume it may cost more than the typical $6.99 bowl, but when I was rang up with the price of $13... I went to the online order and built the exact thing without bread, and none of them came up past $6.99. This store will rip you off and treat you rudely the entire time. This was the worst subway I have ever been in. It should not be in5 business. Ladies bathroom pout of order and men's was filthy. The service was pathetic and I dont think the food was fresh. There were 3 of us and we ordered breakfast sandwiches and each was horrible . We were traveling and threw away at least half of the sandwich. There were 2 staff and 1 sat and did nothing so we waited. Corporate subway should close this location down or clean it up. read more

The lady Pamela is the most disrespectful employee there. She is the African American lady and has the nastiest attitude. I ordered online via Subway app. Husband went to pick up. Saw order was ready so went to cash register to pick up as he had done in the past without a problem. He was reprimanded and told he had to wait in line like everyone else! Excuse me, but I thought that was an advantage to using the app. Otherwise, why bother with the app? To the elder woman who works in this store that was busy smacking her food and drinking while I waited in line, if your going to work in the good industry maybe you should learn some hospitality. Telling me I can use my coupon "cause I just can't" isn't very informative to the customer. Also subway hire people who can understand how a coupon works. I have given this subway 2 chances and this last one took the cake!! One Of the older ladies with glasses that was taking orders (unable to get name due to no name tag worn) had a very nasty attitude. I asked for olives and I was given the bottom of the container which was just juices and pieces of olives. There was blatant disregard and disrespect during my entire visit and I am beyond frustrated. Upon arrival to the store I spoke with the manager Paulette and was displeased at how she was treating me immediately. The manager and the employee in question teamed up against me making rude gestures, laughing and commenting that I would not get a refund or another sandwich. The manager then told me to come the register and gave me a refund with no apology and as I left I heard the two of them laugh and joke about the issue.
