The line is always long when I come here. It does move pretty fast though. The food is pretty average. It can be a little expensive, but it is cheaper than some Bojangles I've gone to. I never really have any issues when I come here other than just the long line. read more

It's Bojangles...what can I say? I stopped by for breakfast one morning before work. The drive thru line was slow, so I expected my sausage biscuit to be fresh when I got it. It wasn't. It was dry and the sausage was burnt. The cashier was friendly though. So, I guess that's a plus. I don't have much to say outside of that. It's fast food. Sometimes they will be slow & nothing is perfect. I got what I paid for even if it wasn't fresh. This should give me more of a reason to cook/eat AT HOME. read more

The state of food service has gone down so much over the last few years that I may decide to stop eating out all together. I visit this Bojangles every Friday night and pick up dinner for my kids because they enjoy their "Friday Bojangles". Every time this place is busy and I understand if it takes a while to get food. What I do not like is rude customer service. A lady working behind the counter informed me that my chicken legs were going to be a 10 minute wait because they were out. I said that was fine because my son only wanted the legs. As I'm waiting another lady came in and said that her order was wrong and that she had ordered legs and had received wings and breasts. The lady behind the counter proceeded to fill her order with legs from a different part of the back area WHILE I WAS STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER!! After the lady customer left I asked her if she just gave that lady chicken legs while I was waiting and she looked at me and said yes. I will never visit this or another Bojangles ever again. read more

Outstanding Service I don't very often eat fast food, and have never written a review for this type of restaurant. However, I was picking up a meal for the family during the Christmas holidays and the choice was Bojangles. I went inside to order, because I was not sure about what to get. The person who took my order was so very friendly, pleasant and helpful that I just had to give her a shout-out. She guided me through my options with great patience. When it was all over, it turned out that I (or she and I) had made all the right choices and the whole family was very pleased. P.S. The chicken and sides were also very tasty. read more

I would stop here at this @Bojangles1977 on the way to school, yes I still go to skool. I like that they have specials, as the ones in Raleigh don't. The specials tend to save me money, and as a college student, I need every penny I can keep. The staff is nice overall, and the location in clean, and in a decent spot. If I could give zero stars, I would, and that would constitute me being generous. I can only speak for the drive through employees on this visit, and their service and attitudes absolutely were the worst I've encountered just about anywhere. First off, the common core math being taught in Wake County just isn't working. My order was $11.91, so I gave the window attendant $21.91 and it completely blew her mind! She told me, again, that my order was $11.91. She then proceeded to give me $11.91 in change back and when I told her that all I was supposed to get was $10.00, she told me I was wrong (you can't make this up)!! I asked her if she punched in the amount I gave her and she said no. She finally called the manager over and I walked away with $10.00 in change like I was supposed to, and finally my order. I really could've done without the crappy attitudes, eye rolling, and huffing and puffing. Rest assured, I'm 100% sure that won't be the last time I encounter such poor service and attitudes, but it will be the last time I deal with it there. read more

We always check and they act appalled that we are checking and then check themselves and see that they have forgotten stuff. Bojangles in my opinion is the best. This Bojangles needed some work in the past and I thin they've stepped it up. Outlaw the manager has always taken care of us when something goes wrong and we always go back. I appreciate how quick the drive thru is because THIS Bojangles is backed up most of the time. Do Not come here if you have kids that don't like spice or if you don't like spice. They do not offer the "home style" option of chicken tenders. Otherwise the food we had was ok. Not a fan of the service we had, they were out of my food up front so I waited for a couple minutes until they re filled the food and that didn't bother me, but even with me never leaving the counter they still have me a pissed off look when I reminded them I was still waiting on food after they were trying to serve more people in front of me. Well the bojangles company food is good yes . The employees here at this bojangles unbelievably rude . I felt I unwelcomed the second I stepped through the door . I came in and was immediately looked at up and down , soon enough the MANAGER MS .ALEXIS decided to express her snarky opinion of my outfit . At that point I was done with this establishment. The food here is typical good Bojangles grub. But this location has had terrible window service. Only about 85% of my orders have been correct. I hate having to go inside after sitting thru the drive thru. Everything from not listening and getting the order correct to having items missing and having more food items than I ordered. The food is almost always great here. The only issue we ever had was the sweet tea is always warm. They never put enough ice. Literally as soon as I get my cup I open the container and have 2-3 almost completely melted ice cubes, and ever time I ask for more ice. ( what's so hard about adding more ice to a fresh warm glass of tea as you are serving it). Service is always just blah. But more importantly the food is almost always nice and hot. read more
