I always try to pre-order because the line is always long. When I do this, I hardly ever have to wait for a while to get my food. I do think they've cheated me out of my monopoly pieces lol. It's a hit or miss when you come here. read more

Terrible customer service. Terrible food and never get what you actually ordered. Go somewhere else. read more

No fucking clue what's going on today but usually the orders come out QUICK in mobile ordering. NOPE, 13 minute wait so far.

It had been raining and the floors were wet. They have signs out but someone should have been mopping. It was really wet. I got an iced coffee and a kids hamburger meal. New people trying to wait on you with no one around to help them. Sweet young girl was really trying but she forgot to ask if I wanted apples or double fries with the kids meal. she forgot to ask what I wanted to drink. She did not know how to order the ice coffee. Finally someone came to help. It is very busy but I saw several people just standing around not knowing what to do. good luck 4/30/23 read more

horrible customer service. 100% of the time they're very very very slow. I don't even go inside it's a madhouse ppl waiting so damn long. I only go in to remind them I've been waiting for my curbside order for 40 minutes. NO. EXCUSE. this isn't Raleigh. we're in a small town. this is a huge McDonald's with a plethora of employees yet I'm sure they're all screwing around or smoking something in the back. horrible service I wish they would replace the whole team. the inside of the restaurant smells like puke and looks like trash. get ready to be too nauseated to even eat. unfortunate. read more

DO STOP HERE! They are always busy. The lines are always long and they offer double lines. I just left here (9/13/2020) I placed a mobile order and stayed in the park for 30 mins waiting for food. I went inside the store twice asking about my food and the manager (Dujuan) basically ignored me. I had to yell out to him about my order as he was passing by. He didn't care enough to find out why I was there. I walked back to my car to wait. After a few mins of nothing. I tried to cancel my order. I went back inside and asked how I could cancel my order only for him to say over his shoulder. Online. Which I tried to do. Again waiting for help on my refund I had to chase him down which I shouldn't have had to do. He almost gave me the wrong change back for my order and he had my order ticket in hand. This place needs help in more ways than one. read more

McDonald's - All these waiting customers - Fast Food Near Me - Zebulon, North Carolina

Cold food all the time bad management in upper management the owners are rude they like to overcharge you sometimes

Drive through SUCKS. I literally will drive to Wendell to get food now. I go between lanes and no one greets you to take your order. It takes a couple of HELLOS, and at least 3-5 minutes to get someone. This is ridiculous. I'm so tired of complaining and nothings changed. Then we have to be parked! So hilarious and horrible. read more

Apparently open 24-hours doesn't actually mean they're open 24-hours since they closed at 9:30 pm "just for today"...ummm...ok...

Doesn't matter how many ppl in line. You'll be waiting at least 20 minutes for your food.

long lines, orders take forever even though there are plenty of employees. Order is almost always wrong, they gave me the wrong food.. then asked for it back. Pretty sure they gave it to the car behind me anyway. Will Not go to the location anymore. I have 4 kids and would rather drive 15 min away to the new wendell location than to waste my time and money at this location. read more

Kudos to the ongoing currently working and off going crew of night shift 830pm They are super busy but still had the time to smile and say hi to my little boy. And keep the place super clean! read more

This location SUCKS! I work in Zebulon but usually drive all the way to Wendell. It took 18 min to get a Big Mac meal! It's like they concentrate on the drive thru but you wait forever inside. I kick myself every time I visit this location! read more

I went through drive thru on February 25@1:03am and was greeted with we're only taking cash at this time go head with your order. As i was telling her my order she continued to interrupt me, be very rude and short. As i got to the window and i repeated my order to assure it was right as it was messed up the prior morning the worker assured me it was. I then asked what was the lady name that took me order she said " I don't do names, I'm not good with remembering names." I then laughed and said oh you loyal. I'm only writing this post bc after waiting for food i asked to be made fresh to order I got home and it was cold as hell....FYI I'm going corporate bc as a customer i want what i pay for!!!!! read more

The kiosks here are awesome. Now glad that the whole "fast food workers deserve $15 an hour happened". These kiosks are better than the average McDonald's employ. read more

I've been going here for years and getting different sandwiches. I was just told this morning that they no longer serve country ham biscuits. I drove past two restaurants because I could get everything the family wanted from here. Except...my ham biscuit. read more

Don't go here, only came here again bc it was close by but Ima drive further out next time. Better just to replace everyone with kiosks. Can't get an order right to save their lives. Give it a 0 if I could read more

This place sucks. I can't believe I waited almost 1 hour to get my food through drive through. And they still wanna get smart

How hard is it to get an order right! Order 2 chicken sandwiches with just Mayo and ketchup and they give me a regular chicken with ketchup added! Also ordered 6 sweet & sours with a twenty piece and go none! Orders are always wrong! Going to Hardee's for now on! read more

Do not ever come to this McDonald's, the service is terrible, Management is terrible, and the employees want to get smart with you when you have waited for 30 minutes for your food. BEWARE THIS ISNT FAST FOOD. If I wanted to wait for 30 minutes for my food I would go to an actual restaurant. This McDonald's is pathetic. HIGHLY DISCOURAGE YOU TO STOP HERE!!! read more

Tyrone definitely deserves a raise! this McDonald's isn't the nicest or the most respectful employees.. but tonight we came out to go on an ice cream date and he was respectful when taking the order and all the way through us leaving from the window! Messed up my order twice...has us pull up to wait..no big deal we ordered a lot. But the little kid comes out with bags and no recipient to name of our order to confirm its actually ours ya know? So little boy runs along to get someone to fix it...another lady..seemly a supervisor brought us our missing food..which was still wrong...but I was too pissed... cuz I still have no original receipt.. but I have the last one...so they're gonna get my 10 cents that way. So now I'll go microwave my fast food...awesome... read more

If you want to sit in your car and wait for your food, maybe have a nice chat with a friend or family member or even file your taxes while waiting for that great bargain meal from McDonald's look no further. This location has an outstanding wait time of 1 hour even at midnight. It's the perfect opportunity to rest your foot, put it in park, and have that 30 minute conversation about what to order before you reach the speaker. Need another 20 minutes to find your card or count out exact change? No worries, plenty of time for that too. Maybe next time I'll bring monopoly and wait for someone else to buy Wakelon st and improve industry speed in the area. I know nights most businesses are closed or closing by 11 and there is a lot of cleaning to do but whatever happened to places taking orders and delivering food as a priority over cleaning and closing a store/restaurant? read more

They always seem to have issues with service. The wait is always longer than it should be. The parking isn't great and then due to how slow they are, the line wraps around the building and cause more parking issues. The parking and drive-through is not well designed. Also the location always seems to be too cold inside. read more

This is the slowest McDonald's, never do you spend less than 15 mins in line. Drive thru service is always awful. Going inside you can at least get good customer service. What's the point of two speakers and two windows if your only going to have one open. The o lot thing keeping business are the hours. read more

Worst ever. Nasty inside , spills on floor, people standing around not doing their job including manager.. STAY AWAY

Terrible. Always bad. Just spent 30 dollars on food we asked to be fresh. Well it wasnt. It was old and cold. They just put everything back in the grease go heat it up. Yuck. I'm never coming back. Ever. read more

Ridiculously slow! There is enough help but almost everyone is standing around doing pretty much nothing. This is poor management at its best! Good was good but had to wait 20 mins for two biscuits. read more

Worst service I've ever had or seen at a fast food restaurant. Ownership needs to get involved! Every person in line had waited over 30 minutes for food that was not prepared correctly when they received it. Terrible management. read more

Came to this McDonalds on my way to Rocky Mount. Went inside, because the drive-thru line was too long. Service was ok. The woman taking my order was older, and seemed to have been sick (She was coughing a lot). I wasn't too fond of that. I ordered a 6-piece McNuggets kids meal and my food was hot and fresh once I received it and I appreciated that. read more

one of the worse. the drive thru is pathetic. they put in a second lane and now its twice as slow, abysmal. you'll sit for 10 minutes and not move one car. staff is inept. not nice at all. read more

Worst experience ever. The drive thru was wrapped around the building so I opted to go Inside to get our order. Only ordered three milkshakes and it took 30 min. To make matters worse the manager was just standing there doing nothing. Only one poor young girl up front taking orders and the line was out the door. Finally got my milkshakes and the strawberry was 1/4 strawberry and 3/4 vanilla. When I said something about it not looking quite right the manager takes a piece off the milkshake machine then begins to do something for another customer, still while the piece is in her hand and no one can fix me a "re-do" milkshake. This place is a disaster and it's all because of the management. The line thru the drive thru didn't appear to move any faster. Sad. read more

We went through the drive thru at 2 A.M. and they were fast and the food was delicious. Maybe the best McDonald's food I've ever eaten, and even though there was construction going on at the drive thru it didn't stop us from receiving good service, 10 out of 10, would recommend!! read more
