I had the best experience here. Staff was friendly and my food was . I was craving the cheese and broccoli soup at the time it was out. But the worker Maria I think her name is . Today I went into subway and thought I'd treat myself to the sub of the day, and I was so excited and then I went to pay for my sandwich and the most embarrassing thing happened, my card decline even though I had just come from the bank, apparently an unexpected bill came out and I was short, feeling extremely embarrassed I went to my car to round up some change to pay for my sandwich and of course I miscounted how much I had once again feeling embarrassed and humiliated I was about to just leave and the lady at the register paid for my sandwich, this seriously meant the world to me as finances have been extremely tight since last June when I lost my position due to a work injury which has left me only being able to work 1 day a week for a few hours, the kindness of this woman is very much appreciated and it has sparked hope and when I get back on my feet I too hope to help others even if it's just a sandwich! I will admit I made an error. my phone accessed an old location and I ordered a meal for myself and friends through the app from a Subway 8 hours away. It said to cancel, I had to call the store. I did so and they cancelled the order, but said there was no way to cancel the charge. I would have to dispute it and they would back me up. Well, I called to dispute and they refused to help. Went here the other day to grab a soup and sandwich with my younger sister. The employees were both young females around highschool age. Both had horrible attitudes and were rushing our orders. It seemed as if we were intruding on their downtime. I noticed, almost every time I go to this Subway, they tend to be out of fresh produce. I almost wanted to just walk out, but I was starving. This place just sucks, I ordered a sandwich of course everything seemed fine but right before she cut it in half. The water where the knife was at was just disgusting. I asked them are you Even going to clean that so then she cleaned the knife but gave an attitude and then she put the knife back in the dirty water. Went today, they were pretty cool. I've had some problems in the past but today it was clean, and the staff was friendly.

The customer service I received from Maria was terrible. She not friendly the moment I walked in. Never smiled. Was very bothered at the fact that she had a customer. When I asked her nicely if she could please wrap my sandwiches separately she rolled her eyes and her body language let me know it was bother to her. At the end of the transaction she handed my receipt to me very rudely. Before left I told her she was very rude. She argued with me that she wasn't and said "have a good day" several times. In retail terms that basically means to fuck off. I asked her what her manager would think of her behavior. She then let me know that she's the manager. Soni decided to do the survey on the receipt thinking it would go to corporate. Apparently not. It goes to the MANAGER. I received a standard apology letter from none other than Maria. Real slick. The owner needs to be notified so that further training in the area of customer service is needed for their so called manager. I went to Starbucks Immediately after and received amazing customer service. Where you know they've been trained properly. Not to mention just being a nice person in general. Nobody should be made to feel like your business isn't wanted. Especially when I was nothing but nice to her. Very bad for business. Took my kids there because they got a a coupon for a free sandwich at the heart walk at Lake Skinner, they refused to take the coupons. They acted like the coupon was phony. I paid for the sandwiches but I wanted to throw them away. I am for supporting local businesses but I know better now. Never again will I go to that establishment, it only takes one time. It's very filthy and the service is extremely slow, I refuse to go to this Subway location ever again.

I rarely leave reviews but due to the circumstance of having a problem with the same girl in three separate occasions I feel the owner and people have a right now. The lady is named Kayla, who I noticed tonight wasn't wearing a name tag probably because she's complained about often I'm sure. I know her name because the three times I've been to that subway after a child's practice to grab dinner she's been the one who has waited on me. I'm a frequenter of subway all over Temecula and Murrieta and this subway never greets you as you walk in the door. Kayla will go out of her way to act like you're not even standing there. I went in tonight and just like the other two times. About 80% of there stuff is already put away. Mind you this place doesn't close until 9:00. I was in there about 7:45. She acts like every time you ask for something you are putting her out. Absolute worst customer service. I've waited to right a reviews because I like to give people the befit of the doubt, maybe she had a bad night or two. Now I see after tonight, that's the way she is all the time. This subway has always been a good one to go to. I went there tonight for dinner. I was the one sent with text messages of each family members order. I know it's 8:15 pm and they close at 9. So I felt kind of bad going in close to closing with a 4 Sandwhich order but there were people still coming in. There was a lady in front of me and one person Doing her order. I have no problem waiting. I understand they are close to close and ready to go home. A girl named kayla made my order, she asked what bread I wanted for the fourth order, I said I wasn't sure yet, waiting for my fiance to text his order. She kept asking me and was being ride when I told her for the 3rd time I'm still waiting for his text. She signed and said something under her breath. I about walked out right then, but my family had their stomach set in subway for dinner. Then she messed up my sandwhich, I asked for spicy mustard and she put regular, like she didn't care. She was rude, and made me feel I was putting her out, by giving her my order. I couldn't believe her customer service. I work in customer service and. I understand having a bad day, or being frustrated but seriously?!?!? Then as she rang me up as she was checking my sandwhiches, she pressed down each sandwhich, by this time I'm livid! It sounds like nit oicking but i like fluffy bread. It took all of what I had in me not to curse or throw a huge fuss! And walk out without my food! I WON'T BE COMING BACK!
