Yet, your company charged me $19.56. I asked him to provide me a refund, and he stated he does not know how to do that. He told me that I will need to request a refund through the app or the website. I go to my app and pull up the website from my cell phone and asked him, where do I request a refund? His exact words were, "I DON'T KNOW". I asked him for the number to Corporate or to someone in customer service who does know and can answer questions that he clearly did not know, and his response to me again was. "I DON'T KNOW". I spent 35 minutes of my lunch hour in there with no help, no refund, no food and not knowing how to request assistance for the refund. I logged into my account, only to find that all the contact numbers for SweetGreen were not working or out of service, and they only allow you to chat with AI. I explained in detail with AI.
