Had a BMT, the staff were cheerful and accommodating. They did a nice job in making the sandwich and it was very good. Just the right amount of condiments and dressings. Absolutely disgusting. Food was all over the counter where my sandwich was being made, the employees were dropping the sauces on the floor and my bread was stale and overcooked. Employee started adding random veggies to my sandwhich without asking me. Homestly not even sure how this Subway location is still open Will never be returning, the location by the liquor store is FAR better, cleaner, nicer employees and better management it seems. read more

This review is for the Subway by the park, Subway #11397. Today, for the second Saturday in a row, I went to the drive through and ordered my favorite: the ham sandwich, toasted, with Swiss cheese and some veggies. I usually don't eat them until a few hours later, and once again today I discovered after reheating it that there was NO CHEESE on the sandwich. Who is stealing all the Swiss cheese here????? I don't mind driving across town to get a Subway sandwich here as opposed the location by the park because the service was great! The location by the park is so rude. The guy at the drive through (by the park) was such a dick that I told him to forget the order. The Subway location by Wal-Mart is so much friendlier. The young man making my sandwich was very courteous and made everyone welcomed. The food is as expected with any Subway but the customer appreciation goes a long way. read more

This review is for the Subway by the memorial park. I drove up to the drive-through and waited for about 5 minutes and never got a response. Not even a I'll be right with you. I said hello but never got a response. I waited a couple more minutes and still never received a response. When I drove around to the front so I could get down, the 2 employees were just standing next to each other and talking since there were no other customers at the store. Both employees saw me about to enter the store and both went to the back before helping me out. When the lady finally came out I asked her if the drive-through was working. She said that the other employee was barely going to turn on the drive-through and put on his headset. I told her I was waiting in the drive through for about 5 minutes and she said they've been busy, but they were not busy when I drove up. They never apologized either. So I ordered and when I tried to hand her my cash, she decided to look at a coupon book right away that exact moment. Very dissatisfied with the service. read more

I came to this location on 4/14/19 and used the drive through service. I had to wait a few mins to get a response for someone to take my order which is not unusual for this establishment. I placed my order clearly and repetitively. (6" subway meatball marinara with pepperoni provolone cheese extra toasted with Parmesan cheese).So upon paying for my food I should have noticed that it cost a little more than usual but it was a new order to me so I didn't ask any questions. I got my food and started to make my way home to San Antonio I was half way out of Uvalde when I realized she had charged me for a 12" instead 6" so that was the first problem. Second it was not toasted or had and pepperonis. One of the two main ingredients of my simple sandwich. So I made the decision to return to this location get down and have them correct my order. I got there not a min before or after 9:50 pm when I got down just to realized they had locked the doors 10 mins before they were scheduled to close. I knocked the glass door and there were two ladies shaking their heads signing that they were closed. I raised my subway bag and mentioned they had just made my ordered and messed it up. They were hesitant to open the door but after I knocked a few more times someone came and opened the door. After I explained what was wrong with my order they acted confused as if they didn't know what I was talking about. They didn't apologize but instead I was asked if I wanted a new sandwich so she proceeded to make me a new 6" after paying for a 12" so I had to correct her on that then she proceeded to grab the bread from the shelf and began slicing the bread open WITH NO GLOVES!!!!!! It was almost comical this was right infront of me! I was so disgusted. So I don't know if the sandwich she had originally made for me she used gloves or not because I used the drive through. I am so disgusted I told her if she could please put gloves on and use another slice of bread. And after she completed making my sandwich I was asked to pay for my new sandwich she said she would refund me for my old sandwich but it would take a few business days. At this point I told her I wouldn't be paying for my new sandwich and for her just not to refund me from my last order. I wouldn't trust them to know how to process a refund after them messing up the one job duty that they had. So I just took my loss got my new sandwich and left. Food is to par with other subways but the customer service is horrible. Drove up to the drive thru and sat for 5 minutes without a greeting. Said "hello" and someone rudley told me that they were helping another customer and to wait. I waited for a few more minutes and then heard a voice come over the intercom. Started to place my order and was interupted and said to wait more. there was no one in front of me so I went inside. There I waited in line, when they got to me I was again rudley asked if I wanted anything twice in a row like me being there inconvenienced them. I told them what I wanted then decided to go else where and when I explained to them that they have horrible customer service and that I wish I knew the owners number so I could call them to let him or her know how their restaurant was operating the lady behind the counter said I verbally assualted her and threatened to call the police to have me removed from the premises which I was already walking out of.
