The ice cream is smooth and delicious. It's creamy (but not the gooey, mouth coating stuff made by a mega corporation pretending to be Scandanvian). There are chocolate chunks, about 1/8" thick, probably made from the quality chocolate that they use for other flavors. It's like home made if the person at home was an expert chef. My coworker wrote down a meal that she wanted and our driver was on his way. Upon his arrival, I was disappointed to get a call stating they had no Cheese Sticks on their menu. I was confused. I was also informed that they didn't have any mashed potatoes. Welp! There's that. They also had no Mac & Cheese. I ended up just getting the French fries. Attention: Billy Bob's, if things are no longer on your menu, PLEASE consider removing them from your online menu/website. Blessings!
