Order the avocado burger, the bread is soft and buttery, nice crisp lettuce, tomato and cheese and plenty of avocado. The beef patty was a little salty, however it did balance out well with the other ingredients. I did not care for the crinkled French fries they were cold and tasted freezer burnt. I had a great experience today at Billy Bobs. Had the Chupacabra burger. The only think I would recommend is that they dice the green chilies and jalapeños. And serve with just Swiss cheese because with the two cheeses it got pretty greasy. Don't recommend any other vegetable so don't ask for lettuce and tomatoes because it was falling apart. (That was on me) The onion rings were crispy and delicious! Very good burger just needs little tweaks! read more

We were on our way to San Antonio and drove through Uvalde to grab a quick bite. I will say off the bat if you need a quick meal do not go here. We paid at the first window and got our drinks, after ordering around 5:02 pm. At 5:30 we decided to put the truck in park and go inside to see if our order was ready. After telling one of the staff we had not gotten our order she told us "we are very busy" and carried on. A couple minutes later we asked another young lady about our order and how we have been waiting for 30 minutes, she replied with "I have been working since 11:00 and I'm trying to leave"... This is all great info but I was more interested in where our order was but got told everything else but that. We asked for a refund because we had to get on our way and instead one of the girls took a piece of paper and re-wrote our order. After doing so we waited some more then finally got our food, no money back at 5:45. We go to Billy Bobs a lot when passing through so I was disappointed in the service that we received, especially since we were in the drive through. The only reason I gave any stars was because the food was actually quite good. Disappointed, but full to say the least. The employees just need to do a better job of talking with the customer and answering their question rather than telling us how long they have been working a shift. I would have been fine with a simple "we lost your order sir, can I put it in for you again?" Not sure if we will be back. read more

Meal was incorrect for the seventh time in a row. Also don't add bacon because they will only give you one strip on each burger after they forget to add it the first time. Customer service needs to be improved. The girl that took my order, seemed a little rude. Ordered a tea with my meal. Was given warm tea with no ice. Then when I got got my food, it was cold. Pre-made patties that had been cooked and left out. Wouldn't recommend coming back. read more
