It is about what you expect for a fast food experience. The workers at the drive thru got my name wrong like 3 times, but they at least apologized for it! For me the downside was that it did take a long time to wait for our food and that is kind of the case for other fast food spots in town. It was kind of odd to be asked to pull up past the drive thru window to wait for our food and we weren't really given directions on where to go which made it confusing. Regardless, the Patty Melt and fries I got were honestly pretty decent. The Patty Melt isn't my favorite that I've ever had and the bread didn't have the texture of one that is golden brown and crispy. Flavor wise I still enjoyed it a lot and the fries were a pleasant surprise. Perfectly salted and were crispy. They might make my top 3 favorite fast food fries all time list.
