They had the usual Chinese buffet fare like fried pork, crab rangoons, fried rice, sesame chicken, etc. They also had various selections of seafood like stuffed crab, crab legs, octopus, and several variations on shrimp. They also had a salad bar. The waitstaff were friendly enough and kept our tea glasses filled. So no complaints there. The business card I picked up on the way out says they're open from 11am to 10pm 7 days a week. Was the food the best I've ever had? No. Is it better than the other two Chinese restaurants in Uvalde?
