The steak was tender and melted on my tongue.. Mom had the 2 grilled chicken breasts and the same sides. It was perfectly cooked and she especially loved the biscuits that came with the meal. We added fried okra, a dish I grew up on. It was delish also. Our waitress was patient and answered my questions and made a few suggestions, one was the fried steak, great suggestion! There was so much to eat we have enough for a second meal. If you are anywhere near this little cafe, you should definitely pop in and eat some good vittles. The hamburgers looked mighty good too!

It definitely gave off a "locals only" vibe, and sadly, we felt overlooked. It was especially disappointing because we really wanted to love this place -- and we almost did. We arrived on Friday evening, found a parking spot, and went inside. The place smells AMAZING! You can smell the garlic and love. We were seated, ordered garlic knots and our mains, he ordered a seafood pasta dish, I had chicken parmesan with alfredo instrad of red sauce. Everything was So good. Id have prefered a little more garlic butter on the knots but the red was delicious. He ate every bite. He used a knot to sop up the sauce. I took much of mine home, i was full on salad and bread.
