I offered several other suggestions, including giving me a refund. (it's technically not a French dip if there's no au jus.). It was too late in the evening to drive back to the store. The associate said the manager would contact me the next day. He did not. I called the store several times over the next 3 days during typical non-rush hours but no one answered. One time it rolled to voicemail that was either not set up or full. I chatted with Firehouse customer service twice and they indicated they would forward my concern and request for refund to the manager. It's been over three weeks. I did get another survey requesting feedback on how the customer service representative resolved the issue. (Emailing the manager is not resolution.) This could have been resolved very quickly and easily, but it was not, which is why I'm resorting to a negative review. What is worse than those annoying "feedback surveys?" It's the company not acting on the feedback to resolve an issue.
