I came to this location because it was listed as "good for kids," and I was hoping it had a playground. Thankfully, it did -- which is great for traveling families who look for places where kids can play. One thing that stood out, though, was that someone had left a drink sitting in the playground area. One of the kids even mentioned it had been there for a long time, which makes me think the play area isn't being checked or cleaned as often as it should be. Inside, the bathrooms were dirty and had a strong odor, which was disappointing. My order was also incorrect even though I specifically asked for no bacon. The positive side is that the manager and staff were kind enough to remake my meal, and I appreciated their willingness to fix the mistake. read more

Unfortunately the women's bathroom was visibly very dirty. It looked as if it does not get thoroughly cleaned, just trash picked up and surfaces wiped. There was built up grime in corners in the stall and sink area. It clearly wasn't just from a busy weekend. From reading a comment 3 months ago this is an ongoing issue. The food was great!...a dirty bathroom just makes me question how clean the rest of the place is... read more

Walker was a pleasure through the drive thru line! So kind so funny. Got through the line quickly

As good as the food is and as nice as the employees are it's so frustrating when all you want to do is look at a menu and you have a worker standing 100 feet before you are there to kindly take your order. Some of us would like to read a menu. Some of us are annoyed by someone asking for our order before I even know what I want. Today I didn't purchase anything because I was rushed to hurry up and pick something when I couldn't even see the menu. Please give people the option to read the menu. The line wasn't long. Nobody needed to rush. It wasn't a crazy busy time of day. Me pulling up to look at a menu and order on my time would have been amazing. It makes you want to consider eating other places first read more

Dirty ladies bathroom, no flowers on tables & they messed up our order - even with me asking her to repeat it. Had about 7 kid workers goofing off behind the counter & heard some very non-Chick fil A language. Someone from corporate needs to have a serious chat with the people running this dismal location - reflects very poorly on brand. read more

Zero customer service. This is the second time this month I have been to this location and received someone else's order in the drive through. Then when you have to park and walk to the front door and wait 5 minutes for someone to help you, (because you still can't go inside) then they state that the receipt is correct. Yes!!! But it's not my receipt or my order. What is wrong with you all!! All you care about is getting food out fast regardless of the order being correct. Only speed matters to you. read more

absolutely FIRE chicken biscuit, amazing hash browns, hot n crispy good Coca Cola ordering on mobile is faster

Go to order food wanted 2 orders of chicken mini meals and only receive one of the meals and on top of that the people taking the orders don't listen to the name you give then and also can't tell the difference between a 4 door vehicle and a 2 door vehicle besides that they need to get people in who actually pay attention and have common sense read more

Great customer service, speed of service, and amazing food. Would highly recommend eating here! read more

I decided not to fight the crowds on opening day at Chick-fil-A. Instead, I fought the crowds today and waited in the long line of the newly opened restaurant. For those of you not familiar with restaurants in Greenville, SC, any and all new restaurants will be crowded for at least three to four weeks. I decided to give the drive-thru a try today and though the wait was long, as always, Chick-fil-A delivered on a solid breakfast. The chicken biscuit was cooked perfectly and they have Coke Zero Sugar, so it's a win all around. There are other places I will visit on occasion to get a biscuit, but I'm very pleased to have a Chick-fil-A close by so we can add this to the breakfast rounds. read more

I'm so sick of this virus. A man can't even go into a business to get his food nowadays. There's no toilet paper. Nobody knows how to act. I'm officially renaming this whole thing the Moronavirus. Anyway, I went through the drive thru today and got lunch. Service was as speedy as could be expected and the food was delicious as always. Hopefully places will start opening up again soon. Stay safe out there, fellow Yelpers. read more

I am so excited that we have our on Chick-fil-A. The only thing is getting in and out. If you were to change your mind, sorry but you are completely stuck. Also I've seen so many people confused on how to go left to park or stay straight for drive through. They still work very hard to get you in an out very quickly. I've had very friendly people taking my orders. They are always efficient. Yes I give them five stars. Of course the food is very good. read more

Absolutely perfect! Chick-fil-A hits it out of the park ! Parking is plentiful, the inside of the restaurant is gorgeous and Lots of seating . The employees are second to none in the fast food world . Although it's the second day of opening they are so efficient I had no wait. Employees walking around doing refills and making sure everyone is happy. The food was delicious and I left very happy that they are in my hometown . Bring the kids because there is a play area . Wi-Fi is free as well, so bring the whole family. read more

Chick-fil-A - Fast Food Near Me - Travelers Rest, South Carolina

This is the absolute WORST CFA in the state. We live in Travelers Rest and we love CFA but we will NEVER go to this one again. 4 visits in a row have be horrible. Rotten fruit in the fruit cups on two separate visits. The rest of the food is mediocre at best. Luke warm fries. SLOW SLOW service and some extremely rude employees who don't seem to care about the customer and hate their job. We placed a mobile order hoping this might work better but we ended up waiting 15 minutes for our food and it was not fit to eat. The hash browns were not cooked all the way and the teenage girl that gave us the food was just plain rude. I expect WAY MORE from CFA than what this one delivers. Never again. I'll drive to the Cherrydale location. It's way be read more

Your website sucks .... I can't believe I had $200.00 order and tried for 2 hours to order online, downloaded the app and tried again and again, called the the restaurant 3 times trying to get someone to answer, and none of this worked. I'll be at Bojangles at 5:00 tomorrow morning. You have forgotten what got you there..... read more

THE WORST CFA IN THE AREA!!!! The last FIVE times I've been here, they either forget something, put the wrong thing in the bag or somethings just straight up wrong. The customer service doesn't compare to any of the others. I honestly think the cfa at Haywood mall knows how to do it better than this location. Spend the extra few minutes and drive to a different cfa. I for one, will never be back to this one. read more

Best Chick-fil-A around, or best overall place to eat around. The prices, the wait times, and the calories are pretty low. The staff is always friendly, especially Jacob Whatley. They do their best to excel at their job and always remember to say "my pleasure". The dining area is always clean and kept up. Just an all around great place to eat. read more

Update: My 2nd visit was better than the 1st, but still room for improvement. Maybe they were just overwhelmed the 1st time. Food was great, service was decent. Still some unsupervised, misbehaved kids in the play place though. Some were over the height limit. I'd like to see some enforcement here, as it's not as safe for smaller kids. Blocking the tunnels, going up the slide, sliding down too quickly and crashing into smaller kids below. The parents aren't parenting, so management at this location needs to step it up. This location is a 3 for me now. I'll continue to update. Original Review: Underwhelming. My experience today was sub-par, thus the 2-star rating. Experience should be better for the price. I expect more from a Chik-fil-A, especially on opening day. Summary: Pros: Speedy cashiers, tasty (mostly) food, free swag for the kids, semi-helpful employees, play place. Cons: Partial order, stingy on food quantity, some food quality sub-par, stingy corrections when mistakes pointed out, unsupervised naughty kids in play place. Details: I love Chik-fil-A. Great food, great service, great company. Inside line moved quickly, kids got free little stuffed-animal cows, & cashiers were helpful/friendly. Place was clean, quickly got our food. Nuggets were small, and one was literally broken in half. If you're the nugget person, you don't count that as a full one. That's stingy. #subpar They forgot our chocolate milk. I told one of the employees walking around about the 2 mistakes. No apologies or concern, and their non-reaction made me feel like I was ruining their day. They wanted to take my nuggets. I said something like "Prefer to keep eating them. Just bring another." They came back w milk & box w just 1 nugget. Still no apology. #subpar Tip: If you mess up an order, go above & beyond (like 2 milks and 2-3 extra nuggets in this case)...and apologize. Kids fruit cup had 1 blueberry, 1 slice of strawberry, 2 mandarin orange slices, and all the rest were apples. #subpar Wrap was really dry. I've had much better. Lemonade had more than 1/2 cup full of ice. I asked employee doing the rounds if they did refills, confirmed, and came back with a refill with a cup filled 7/8 with ice. Refill was gone in 0.2 seconds. #subpar Despite all the mistakes, food was mostly tasty. Play-place had some unsupervised older (too tall for the limit) kids blocking everything for the smaller kids. That was pretty lame. What does one do? "Will the owner of the pink kids come claim them?" Awkward, for everyone. This location is a 2 for me. I'll update down the road. read more

The reason why I took the time to find this specific chick-fil-a out of hundreds (or thousands, I don't know) is because I saw something incredible. It'd be a waste of space to mention how lovely the staff and the atmosphere is because this is chick-fil-a and we love cleanliness and chicken. This cfa and only this cfa offered 10 piece chick-n-minis all day. Let's repeat this: for the month of May, this magical place where travelers go and rest offered 10 piece chick-n-minis!!!!!!!! 2 things: first, you can't get chick-n-minis after 10am. Second, they come in smaller quantity and never 10. If you aren't convinced that this is a big deal, there is this article that explains why chick-n-minis are the absolute best and top of the crown jewel at cfa. I got myself the original chicken sandwich with chick fil a sauce because I read the sign as I was leaving. But I left with knowing that I had the option that I thought was impossible. read more

Great food .. Prices are ok .. Fast compared to other local fast food restaurants in the area .. Little girl loves thecplay ground

Food great but as other reviewers noted, do NOT use the drive through!!!! It is horribly slow - opposite of every other CFA - and once you get in line, there's no changing your mind and escaping. read more

When they are busy they are efficient. When they are slower the team leads like to flirt with the associates while the customers wait 10 minutes longer than if the store was busy. Obviously it is a new store so it isn't taking them long to get settled in to disappointing service read more

Not the speedy drive-through experience chick fillet is known for. Food was good as usual

This is the first time I've ever been disappointed by Chick-Fil-A. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE THRU HERE-- you will be in line for 15+ minutes. I know this is a new location, but they desperately need to get a handle on the drive thru situation. NOTE* If you must use the drive thru, use the outside lane. The inside lane does not move because the outside lane cuts the distance that the inside lane can pull up to the speaker. Clearly not the fault of the staff here, but I hope that they will notice the issue and get some people outside to expedite the drive thru experience . I'll give this one a try in the future once they have ironed out the kinks, but only if I am dining in. GET. IT. TOGETHER. read more

I've been there about 3 or 4 times and usually it's alright. I get they're still going to have the long lines because it's still new. I'm not really worried about the line since I wouldn't go there if I was in a hurry anyway. However, today I went and it was around 7pm. The parking lot was just absolutely disorganized. People cutting me off when I'm not even in the drive thru yet. ANYWAY, I ordered 2 large meals with ranch, Chick-fil-A sauce, and honey mustard. I got to the window, they only made one of my drinks a large. As they were resolving the issue, I asked if the sauces were in the bag as well and the cashier said yes. So I left. I get home and they only gave me one pack of honey mustard, and one pack of chicfila sauce. Obviously one pack of each isn't enough for 2 large meals and plus they left out the ranch. That's not it. The fries were cold and my boyfriends chicken felt like it wasn't done all the way by the texture of it. Like that rubber chewy feeling when chicken isn't cooked enough. My nuggets were also cold too. Overall a poor experience, but that was the only time it was THAT bad. We were both starving so it just really sucked. read more
