The cheesesteak was on point! Not the first time here and won't be the last! Service was wonderful too.

    Legit water ice!

I was born and raised in Philly. I have to say this place is legit! Walking in you will see some water ice. When I got to the counter to order I was so incredibly excited to learn they sell Birch Beer! No other local Philly cheesesteak place has it. The food is amazing! They load your cheesesteak up and it felt like u was eating back home as soon as I took the first bite. I will be visiting this place weekly!

Food is good and service was average. I would recommend it as a good fast food restaurant.

Good cheesesteaks in the south are rare. They have good ones here. Unpretentiousness sandwich shop.

The farm to table aspect should be more popular, especially in an area so rich with local farms! The food is always excellent. The drinks are thoughtful and they also make good mocktails. Staff definitely are what make it special too as they know so much about the ingredients and dishes they serve. They do have outdoor seating on a porch as well. Lots of different seating for two or larger groups. It's not a cheap option for us but it's always worth the money and it makes a special occasion feel even more special.

Two of us were seated outside on the porch on a nice summer evening. The ambiance was nice and so was our server. The food was more hits than misses, but sadly nothing was mind blowing. My favorite menu items of the evening were the various cocktails. Food was neither here nor there. I was genuinely excited to come here to celebrate a special occasion and left feeling quite underwhelmed. I know it's a local gem that people adore, but maybe my taste buds are just a bit too jaded growing up in NYC.

First impression, bougie taco joint. The initial greeting was not friendly, just all business, she seated us and said, I'll be right back to get your drinks. In the meantime we watched some sort of drama play out between what appeared to be the manager, waitress and 2 guys at a booth. About 5 minutes later the waitress came and got our drink order and we ordered an appetizer at the same time. The appetizer (queso) was immediately brought out by a different waitress. Still no drinks. A little bit and another third waitress comes over and asks what we'd like to drink (2nd time drink order) so we tell her. She immediately brings out the drinks and says our waitress will be over to take our order. She did not. 3rd waitress comes back and says she's new but she's going to take care of us. I will just say, she was super friendly, unlike the first two, she did an amazing job. Now on to the food. Queso, little on the bland side but ok. Quesadillas, they were hot and decent as far as that goes. They were large. The rice tasted like uncle Ben's bag rice. Anyways, I wasn't impressed but maybe you like the bougie style taco stop then by all means try for yourself.
