CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKS and the APP for this location doesn't work a lot of times. Really won't expect this location to stay open given the economic turmoil and quality services lacking. We went in store due to $6.99 footlong deal via the app, there was no one else there yet the heavy set lady with larger eyes and small ponytail was spraying the bread with a water bottle act as though she didn't want to be bothered. After me saying hello and standing in plain sight of her for 2-3 minutes, she eventually says, I'll be with u in a minute. I brushed it off then asked about the 6.99 deal once she "found time". She proceeds to tell me the deal is only valid online and there was nothing she could do. No problem, thanks for wasted time and the attitude...I took my business to Jersey Mikes. Nowadays, Subway prices in store are far more expensive than before for weird looking precut deli meats/veggies that 8/10 look and taste old and/or repurposed from daysss before. This location use to serve fresher veggies. From now on, I'll stick to Jersey M's or Publix, where they cut the deli meat fresh and have the courtesy of friendlier service. Best of Luck! read more

Had Subway for lunch today and forgot to check-in... so checked in later! I love their spicy italian subs, with double meat... and the creamy sriracha sauce that they have. Sometime I get them hot, sometimes cold. But they are always delicious. The staff at this location are friendly and willing to do whatever it takes. They had to find the sriracha in their cooler, since the apparently don't get many requests for it. It was appreciated! Location is clean, and looks like they keep it up. Both employees acted like they did not want to be working. The gentleman at the register, Every time you ask a question he mumbles under his breath. Everything looked messy and unsanitary. As both employees used the gloves to touch sandwiches and other equipment. The guy on the bar, when I asked for 3 Ft longs, gave a huge sigh in front of multiple customers. As he was making my food, he continuously huffed and puffed all over my sandwiches. I come to this store all the time despite having a closer one to home , due to the fact that Michelle and Johnnie are excellent sandwich makers, they are on the ball, quick service and always serve with a smile! Craving my chipotle steak and cheese wrap on tomato wrap and this was the closest Subway around my work. It's small but I was greeted upon walking in with a "welcome to subway" which was nice. There were 2 people ahead of me but I got through pretty quick. I also liked that they asked if I wanted the cheese melted on top of my steak when they warm it or not....which I always like it melted. Absolutely hate it when I visit a Subway and they don't melt the cheese on top of the steak, just not the same. The taste of my wrap was great and satisfied my lunch hunger. We visited this Subway a week ago. It was really good, friendly and clean. We went to get a sandwhich, now mind you, we had to drive past another Subway to get to this one. It was Sunday Dec 5th at about 7:45-8:00. We park, got out and went to the door. The door is locked but no one is in sight. Another guy rode up and said the lady told him she just mopped the floor and come back in 10-15 minutes the floor should be dry. I called the business and a woman answered. I asked if she was open for business and she replied, "We are having a water issue and it is not safe for customers to enter." Which lie is it? Mopped floor or water issue?? Businesses are struggling and this is no way to run one. Don't worry we will never return. Your employee gets 0 stars. read more

Love subway but unfortunately not to happy with this store. I got a combo and went to get my drink. I noticed specks of black things coming from the soda dispenser. I proceeded to show the employees. It looked like they were black flies that flew in the soda there was not just one but many in there. Sprite is clear and easy to see things in it as many can assume. The employee not sure it was manager said let me get you another cup, but didn't say anything about him cleaning it. Instead overheard him say to another employee we have to wait to the owner comes in so they can clean it. Its gross and the soda dispenser should be something that is cleaned all the time. I have NEVER seen such blatantly rude customer service. The two men behind the counter were talking about the lady in front of me in line with her still standing there. When she commented that they were still talking about her, one of the men told her that it was a conversation on their side of the counter, and she should stay on her side. Then they proceeded discussing if pans on the counter were dirty or clean, while making my sub. To top it off, as I was paying, they started to say they should lock the door so no more customers could come in. I'm a waitress, so I know about customer service. This is typical subway shop. Nothing special with their subs. Bread was dry and not very appealing. Had the veggie and was tasteless. Had a coupon so I thought I would give them a try as my sub shop recently closed. Again a typical subway with average food. Razor thin meat slices. Portion control to the nth degree. read more

I was greeted, he offered to take my order, Clerk 161 @ 10:14 am. I ordered the 6" chicken teriyaki, I expressed my divine love for said sandwich and he scrunched up his face and said -"I'm trying to eat healthy right now, the teriyaki" I'm not sure what he was referring to, is the seasoning, unhealthy? Then, he waited on a gentleman and that was seemingly a pleasant exchange. Then he asked personal questions of another female that came in for a take out order. After she left, all I couldn't help but hear as some of it was well above inside voice from the male worker it was sometimes, yelling. Ohh and Justin, who ever you are that also works for Subway, they (referring to the male that waited on me and the female also working store #2472 (per my receipt), I never actually saw the female but heard her loud and clear) They didn't have one nice thing to say about Justin. How did they not know that I wasn't Justins Aunt or Family Member or Friend?? The male that waited on me also proclaimed that he's worker there for 4 years and how he's soo much better than Justin. He's worked 1,000s of hours more than anyone else. I just wanted to eat a sandwich and read my book. I do not care to hear gossip. Nor did I like ordering my sandwich only to have the male clerk act like I was ordering something unhealthy. Doesn't reflect well on Subway.
