Went here for a friend's birthday. This restaurant has a Mediterranean flair and it was absolutely stunning inside and out we opted for the outdoor seating. The weather was great, so it was nice to be sitting outside and enjoying each other's company. Our server Frankie was super nice and explained every cocktail with detail as well as the entrées. He shared some of the popular entrées as well as his favorite. I had the limoncello martini, which was absolutely delicious. The lemon and vanilla had the perfect pairing flavor that made for a refreshing drink. And then I had the chicken Milanese for an entree. The chicken was nice and crispy and the flavors were just well put together. The highlight of the dish with the tahini sauce, which was a nice twist. At the end of the dinner, he surprised our friend with olive oil cake, which was so delicious. Tried Predalina for the first time and wasn't sure what to expect, but I was pleasantly surprised. First off, the remodel is absolutely stunning. The lighting, décor, and green accent colors create such an elevated atmosphere while still feeling inviting. We started with the fries and hummus. The aioli served with the fries was delicious and definitely the highlight of the appetizers. The hummus wasn't bad, but I've had better. For my entrée, I ordered the salmon, which came with toasted orzo, tomato, spinach, olives, feta, pine nuts, and tzatziki. The portion size was generous, and the orzo was packed with creamy flavor without feeling too heavy. The tzatziki added a nice freshness to the dish. My only complaint was that the overall dish was just a little saltier than I would have preferred. Lastly, our server, Mariela, was fantastic. She handled our party of 10 incredibly well and was warm, friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. I visited the newly remodeled (for no good reason in my opinion) Predalina on a Saturday around 1 o'clock with a group of six. We had a reservation. Our server seemed like he did not want to be there, seemed fake nice and pretentious. We were on a Water Street restaurant and bar hop so we were only ordering small meals at each places. We ordered the zucchini fritters, they told us that the chef was repairing them and they wouldn't be ready for an hour... the hummus (which seemed like it was missing olive oil and lemon at a minimum). And the chicken with pita feta and fries. All were a miss. So sad that everything was a miss. An over priced miss. Thankfully, they took the hummus off our check because nobody was going to eat it. My 1st time having their burger. The burger here is absolutely delicious. It just melts in your mouth and they ask you how you want it done. It is a very thick beef patty with yellow American cheese. I opt for no sauce. I do not like sauce on anything and it comes with pickles, I think next time I would ask for no pickles just because the burger is just everything is just so soft and mushy and then all of a sudden you get this pickle slice that may fall out of the burger, cause it just doesn't crunch well with everything else. The calamari is absolutely delicious. It literally taste like it just came out of the ocean and grilled to perfection. Our bartender his name is Chris absolutely phenomenal. He understood that I didn't like to have the orange zest in the espresso martini and he made it absolutely perfect. This place had a recent remodel. I love the dark interior. It feels like I'm eating at an art museum. The service is very attentive since their remodel. We came here for a nice upscale cinco de mayo dinner and overall experience was great! The food was amazing and drinks were well made as well. The atmosphere is gorgeous and great for people who like aesthetics and pictures. Unfortunately, it did take about 15 minutes to get a server to our table and through the experience our waiter never checked in on us without being prompted - which to me is unacceptable for restaurants of this status. This could have been a 5 star review has the service at the table been better. This is one of my favorite places to go. The steak frites are amazing! The service has always been good, especially the blonde hostess she is very sweet and welcoming! I forget the name of this drink, but it's basically a cucumber gimlet but spritz. It is to die for!!! They have a phenomenal cheeseburger except the quality of pickles are very important to me and these ones unfortunately tasted fake and like they came out of a tub. This place definitely has the vibes. The decor inside is absolutely beautiful and ornate, and if you sit outside, you're right in the middle of Channelside. It's great for people-watching, although it can get a bit noisy. Inside, they had a DJ playing music, which gave the restaurant more of a lounge atmosphere than I was expecting. The food was tasty overall, but the portions are small, so I recommend ordering several dishes to share. My favorites were the whipped feta, lamb chops, and chicken Milanese. The Phyllo Crunch dessert was a let down - you're better off just buying the scoops from Chill Bros next door. Loved the remodel at the entrance. Came here for a book event on Waters and ended up eating to try the new menu. We were sat on the back patio. It took a long while for someone to come out and even offer us water, but I'll give them grace and say there may have been miscommunication with the hostesses and servers. Anywho, we ordered light and really enjoyed everything we got. I chose to do a cocktail off the menu, the Lou Lou Cosmo which was very tasty. Highly recommend that if you're undecided. For food, we went with the Carne Crudo, the Predalina Caesar, Stroma Bites and Fries. That Caesar salad was one of the best I've had and the crudo was top 3. The original Predalina was a complete zero star failure. I went one time and everything I tried was garbage. There was never a reason to go back when you can instead walk an extra 30 seconds and go to Boulon. I ran into a guy that told me he loved going to Predalina Happy Hour. The happy hour is every day from 3-5pm. I had never been for happy hour, and this guy raved about how good the burger was so I thought I'd make my first appearance here since it opened. What really caught my eye though was, "Room Service." You get two dirty martinis, Predalina Caesar, kalamata aioli, crispy fries all for $35. I have recently got into dirty martinis so I really enjoyed both of mine. Now for the food, I would skip the Caesar salad and the fries. You are literally served like an entire 5 pound bag of fries. The fries tasted fine, but I felt like it was enough fries for a family of 4. The salad was pretty bland and blah. I asked if next time substitute all of the food and trade it for a 3rd dirty martini. They said no. What a gip. There's no point of this "deal" when the food is barely eatable. I still really wanted to try the burger even after 5 pounds of fries. So I did end up getting the $16 Predalina Burger. The burger was totally worth it. Way better than Room Service. I thought the burger was on par with Boulon. I also tried an $18 Monkey Business. Not nearly a strong enough mezcal taste for me. The drink fell flat. I still don't see why anyone would come here over Boulon. I just don't get it. Now when you are inside it's like you're eating in the dark. Open the curtains. Let some light in. What in the world is management here thinking? You have to use the flashlight on your phone to find your way around at all. Predalina has a beautiful, dark, earthy ambiance with a very bohemian chic vibe...it definitely makes for a unique dining experience. The food was a highlight. The zucchini chips were a delicious starter, and the lamb chops were seasoned and cooked perfectly, they melted in your mouth. The blue crab pasta had a generous portion of crab and was well-cooked, but it was much spicier than expected definitely a kick to it, so keep that in mind if you're not into spice. The eggplant pasta was also very tasty and something I'd order again. Service was good overall, but drinks and food took a while to come out. Had dinner here on a Wednesday night with a big group for our girl's birthday dinner and it was a really nice time. This was my first time at Predalina, so I wasn't completely sure what to expect though I had heard good things. The inside is dimly lit and feels intimate - the trees and natural wood aesthetic was very much my vibe and I thought it was really beautiful. The eggplant rigatoni was fantastic - highly recommend trying it. The zucchini chips and the fries with the olive aioli were also really good. I first came here with some friends after a Lightning game a few weeks ago at around 11 PM and was left feeling meh about it. I ordered a whiskey sour that was just okay - no froth of any kind on the top, which was kinda disappointing. I really enjoyed the feel of the place on the inside, though. It was very warm and cozy - I think everyone feels the same way. They've done a phenomenal job with the design choices inside. That first experience did not turn me off from trying them out again due to the ambiance and the solid experience with our server, who handled our large group well. I returned yesterday prior to another Lightning game with my dad. It admittedly was not my first choice, but after seeing how ridiculously packed Yard House was and seeing that another bar of choice was not open, we landed on Predalina. It was booming in there prior to the game, with a mix of other fans and also better-dressed-than-I patrons who were obviously there specifically for Predalina and not just getting pregame cocktails. There were a few single chairs available at the bar - no two seats open next to each other - meaning one person in our party of two had to stand. No big deal and to be expected, given the time of day and the influx of people downtown for the game. We were greeted by our bartender, Jada, and boy, were we lucky to have her! I started with another whiskey sour - specifically requesting egg white this time and choosing Michter's as my liquor of choice. My dad got their in-menu Old Fashioned. His drink was out quite quickly and was great, with the flavors being slightly reminiscent of chocolate milk - in a good way. Mine took a bit longer, with her having the extra step of needing to add the egg, but it was worth the wait! It was very smooth and easy to sip on, not too sweet and not too sour. After we finished those, we ordered the zucchini chips (picture poorly taken by yours truly) and made a bit of a request of Jada. We asked if there were any drinks she had been working on or that she enjoyed making, adding that we were fine with any liquor other than vodka - something from bourbon to gin or mezcal - and left it all up to her. She ended up making us a mezcal sour (I think, also pictured). I am not the biggest mezcal fan myself, unlike my dad, but I always love trying what the bartender likes to make, and this cocktail definitely improved the mezcal experience for me. It made it much smoother, getting rid of the slight bitterness that you can get with mezcal sometimes and making the smokiness more bearable. My dad then requested she make one more of that same drink, but with Laphroaig instead, to see how that interacted with the other flavors of the cocktail. It had a similar effect, neutralizing a bit of the smokiness that, to me, is too much with Laphroaig on its own. Hats off to Jada for making some kick*** cocktails and, seemingly, having fun doing it - that's a big part of the experience, seeing the bartender enjoying their art. This is a great place for a night out with friends, a date night, or pregaming hockey games - or any other reason you may have to go somewhere and enjoy solid food and great cocktails - at least as long as you get Jada as your bartender. Came back to Predalina in December 2025 and found it had a totally new vibe! Much darker, moodier, cozier, and more eclectic which I'm a huge fan of. Their menu also got an update as well, this time with more of a focus on small plates, new dishes, and new cocktails. While they removed our favorite side (the carrots with labneh), they brought in some new delicious items! To drink, I started with the Limoncello Martini which was yummy with a great hint of vanilla. For apps, we went with the Zucchini Chips, Olives, and Classic Hummus, all of which were devoured (plus a second order of olives were made!). My only qualm was the size of the Zucchini Chips portion, which had gotten quite a bit smaller from the last time we visited, but the price remained the same ($17 for 9 zucchini chips is a bit crazy even for Tampa!). That whipped feta is divine though... At the table, both mains we ordered were amazing! The Blue Crab Chitarra remained on their menu and remained a crowd favorite. If you're not a fan of spice, I would skip this dish, but it's otherwise a universally-loved dish. We also had the Steak Frites which was a welcome addition to the menu. The hanger steak was super tender and the fries paired perfectly with that kalamata aioli. Definitely a dish I still dream about. The Haricot Verts side was small and forgettable (I even forgot we ordered it while writing this review until the end lol). We went for the Olive Oil Cake for dessert and we all loved it as well. Simple but elegant, and a great way to finish off the meal. Visited Predalina for my first time, FINALLY! And honestly, so worth the wait. We started with the crispy brussels (golden raisin, toasted almond, pomegranate molasses) and we were all amazed by this. Definitely in my top 3 brussels in the city now, up there with Haven and Sunda! It was special and unlike other brussels I've had. I looooved the sauce and raisins. For my main I got the 1899 keban (hearth roasted chicken, herb basmati, charred tomato, sumac onions, herb olive oil, tzatziki) and it was light, delicious, and flavorful. I really enjoyed it. My friends ordered the blue crab chitarra and the lamb pita. We didn't love the pasta but the pita was remarkable. The shredded lamb was so flavorful and there was a huge portion. I forget what this dish (pictured) was called but I do remember that it was very well flavored and I cleaned the plate. You can't tell by looking at it but it's some type of fish. A couple of nights ago was our first time at Predalina after their interior remodel, and it definitely did not disappoint. Our server, Julio, and the team took excellent care of us and made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. I really enjoyed the Lou Lou Cosmo, which was a fun and unexpected favorite, and the espresso martini was absolutely delicious. For dinner, we had the Branzino fillets with sides: roasted mushrooms and spinach ~ everything was perfectly prepared, but the roasted mushrooms deserve a special highlight. They were so, so good. We started with the charred cauliflower with macadamia nuts, and it was a fantastic appetizer. For dessert, the Phyllo Crunch was outstanding, especially with the 3 generous scoops of ice cream from Chill Bros, right next door. Highly recommend the dessert and everything mentioned above! What truly stood out was the attention to service. The manager, Lindsay, stopped by our table at the end of the night to make sure everything was to our satisfaction ~ and it absolutely was. We shared feedback about the beautiful new remodel and complimented the great service, which she was genuinely happy to hear. Predalina in the Channel Side District in Downtown Tampa was incredible for Brunch for my daughter's graduation day on May 9th. The food and service were incredible. Everyone ordered something a little different and everyone loved their choices. The server Spencer was so kind and professional. My mother had some dietary restrictions and wanted the bagel on the menu with the cream cheese but no salmon and a side of fruit and so he was glad to accommodate her needs and that was that. Our party of 6 were so happy and felt so comfortable sitting outside under a beautiful umbrella in the city exactly as we had planned and imagined for the vibe for our daughter's graduation. She loved this city so much for 5 years as we did and will miss this but hope to return for visits to Tampa in the future. Predalina has Portuguese specifically Porto roots and Providence RI roots so for us that is a plus after doing a little reading about the history of the owners it was a no brainer for us to choose Predalina for her graduation brunch. She graduated from the university of Tampa and chose Predalina after comparing a few places and going with Predalina for a few different reasons. The location was great near Sparkman Wharf where we could enjoy some time in case we needed to kill a little time between graduation ceremony at 8am and an 11:45am brunch reservation. It was just enough time with a stop at Sparkman wharf for a few pictures by the cruise ship dock area which is pretty nice all in itself. I noticed there were a couple of other grads that celebrated there and had the restaurant set up the table with flowers that were pre delivered by the grads family, one had cute place settings. Predalina has a great location, they are situated in the Cora building on Cumberland Ave. My daughter and I attended brunch after church. The esthetics they created in the inside is top tier, very chic and picturesque. We decided to sit outside since the weather was gorgeous in Tampa. Our server for brunch was very kind. No alcohol was served at this meal. We started with whipped feta. Secondly ordered (2) steak on the skewer and eggs, buttermilk pancakes. The steak was a bit dry since you have no option on how you want them cooked and eggs were good. The whipped feta was excellent and pancakes were good as well. I was on the fence about this. This was a great unexpected stop while visiting Tampa. I did not know that they were Michelin star recognised when I visited, but now that I know, I am not surprised! Mediterranean inspired, modern, and elegant, this restaurant is located in Water Street. The establishment offers a lovely nature inspired dining room, two patios, and a very nice 360 bar area. The awesome happy hour bar specials are very popular amongst the patrons. We managed to snag two remaining seats in the bar after a couple left! I enjoyed a lemoncello spritz from the happy hour menu and ordered a burger, while my dining companion ordered the potato stroma. Wow oh wow! Both items were absolutely scrumptious. The burger was so moist and flavourful, perfect with the traditional melty American cheese. The potato stroma was also delicious and crispy, topped with a special Greek cheese. Potatoes are awesome in general, but this may be my new favourite preparation! These guys definitely know what they're doing! PROS: The food is amazing, the drinks are very good and the interior design style is classic. My only input there is that it's a little dark inside during the day and customers are commenting on it (not just me). CONS: 1) The bar staff... I say again.."the bar staff". While they make great drinks, they are very slow, unresponsive, forgetful and at times outright rude and I am definitely not the only person who noticed. The talk in the town this very issue. The good news is that this VERY fixable issue and the mgt is aware of it. 2) Another issue, they need a dress code. There are customers walking in dressed as if they are going to the gym or in simply unacceptable clothing for a Resturant at this level. Yard of Ale attire shouldn't be allowed. My boyfriend and I went for a Valentine's Day dinner here with a curated menu and I can only describe it as a beautiful symphony of taste and smells. I was blown away , truly ( no hype) by all 4 courses. The first bite was a bruschetta with something fruity (like a jam of some sort) with a beautiful cheese and meat pairing. Then the waygu, fish, lamb chops even the olive oil cake. It was all beautiful. Also all the staff members were very friendly and good looking. We came by coincidence, we were hanging out around water st and we found this great place, and they were actually in happy hour, and we love a good happy hour for sure, as soon as you walk in, is just so beautiful, the aesthetic is so clean and the colors gives you peace. Their happy hour menu is very good, I ordered a margarita and it was outstanding! I also got their tomato and feta salad to share with my friend, that dressing they use, is just incredible! I also ordered a burger as my meal, it was pretty simple and that made it even more delicious! I took a peek of their brunch menu, and I'm looking forward to come back and try it! Our first visit to Predalina was amazing! In lieu of main entrees, we wanted to try a bunch of smaller dishes and we left fully satisfied. Our favorite savory of the night was the pizzetta with pesto, burrata, and balsamic vinegar. The dough was light, pesto flavorful, balsamic vinegar brought a sweetness, and the burrata added creaminess. The potato stroma is like a leveled up hash brown--super crispy on the outside and a flavorful sauce on top. My least favorite was the zucchini, the breading didn't have a lot of flavor. That's the only thing I'd skip next time. Both of us decided that the basque cheesecake was the best dessert. I'm so glad Liz, our server, recommended it because it was delicious. It had cookie butter and biscoff crumbs for an extra pop of flavor. This tiramisu was a fun new take on the classic. I was pleasantly surprised here as well--I could just eat a jar of the mascarpone cream and dark chocolate ganache. I'd recommend the cheesecake though. read more

the new renovations have really made the food and the vibes so much better! I love the decorations there is so much to look at. I love the array of options they offer which include vegetarian options as well. You can easily do family style meals. I do wish that they had more chicken entrées.
