This is a typical Subway, so if you are a fan, you know exactly what you get. This is a small location that gets really crowded. The folks working here are always nice and try to please. They do a good job of moving you "down the line" as you order. The ingredients are always fresh looking, and they never seem to run out of any of them. This location is close to Bracken High School, so it gets lots of kids coming in at lunch. However, it's not just the kids that keep this place busy as I have seen the line at the front door as late as 8:00 PM. Maybe with the addition of another Subway in the new Walmart the crowds will not be as bad. I will be back! read more

While the food was good, the service and the restaurant itself left a lot to be desired. They were not busy. Two younger gentleman working, one wouldn't speak louder than a whisper so you had a hard time hearing him. The restaurant itself was disgusting. Instead of cleaning the tables and sweeping, they chose to joke around and get sodas and go to the back. I truly hope the GM sees this and fixes the situation. In 2 words: Moody teenager. The boy with the bright red hair needs to go to customer service school to get his attitude in check. He has a sour face, didn't acknowledge us at all, began to tap his fingernails on the counter while we were deciding what to order. He was very sloppy in his sandwich making as well. Perhaps he needs to be reminded of who pays his salary. I almost did but I didn't want to make a stink in front of my kids. The other boy was a tad more pleasant as he rung up our order. The empty tables were dirty and the floor could've used a sweep. If you visit this location, you have been warned of what you can expect. read more

I'll say first that there is nothing very special about this Subway. Most every other one I've been to are head and shoulders above with customer service and product quality. But TODAY took the cake... I ordered two 12" club sandwiches through the new internet ordering service. Sounds cool doesn't it? Text in your order, pay by credit card. Show up, pick up and go. No lines, no waiting. Not so much. What if the store you are ordering from, let's say, runs out of bread? Subway out of bread? Yea right. Anyhow, this preorder system has no way to notify a customer if they cannot complete your order. So... I arrive at the store and I'm told, yes, they only have two types of bread available! What!? A sandwich shop out of bread? Yes really. I ask for my card to be refunded. Another problem, not one of the four employees know how because they have "a new system". So they call their manager. But their manager doesn't know how to either! Then, they go next door for help,,, to the POOL STORE. The pool guy comes over, but no luck. He can't figure it out either. I'm told they will have to refer me to the District Manager and took my phone number. By this time over an hour had passed. My phone rang, it was the store manager. She immediately launches a volley of excuses as to why the store is unable to give me a refund. Each time I tried to speak, I was interrupted. When I spoke up so I could be heard, she laughed and said "you are being very rude!" I told her I want to speak to the District Manager and hung up. Shortly after, "John" the District Manger called. He was very concerned about the problem. When I explained everything, he was shocked and VERY apologetic. He said he would immediately work to get my card refunded and encouraged me to order whatever I felt I needed to as reparation, no charge. Although I was not looking for a free food, the offer was very kind and I only asked for my original order. Elapsed time, TWO HOURS! With the exception of my conversation with the District Manager, this was one of the most frustrating and senseless interactions I have ever had with a business. read more

Drove 10 miles for some Subway just for them to tell me they are out of everything. They literally have 1 footlong white bread, 3 footlong wheat bread, and smaller than 2 halves of the Italian herb and cheese left. They just said they've been crazy busy. Sounds like management isn't ready for business. Forget this mess. read more

I am not one to say age has anything to do with work ethic, but there are three ladies and all of them are over 60years old and are slower than molasses in January. If you can avoid this place please do. The 16 yr old just came out of the back and is slower than the senior citizens haha. This is just upsetting for Subway :/ read more

This is your run out of the mill Subway. It does not taste different than any other American subway. The place is really dirty though and the line is long and the service slow. It was pretty disappointing when they shut down Quiznos because this is one of the only delis left. Also there is only about three tables in the place anyway so take it to go. read more
