What would you pay for this? $8?

The cashier was so nice. My hope is that he can find another job somewhere else away from this Jimmy John's in Singing Oaks. I mean I understand inflation, but come on folks. If you look REALLY close up, you can barely see the meat (it's not easy to see, impossible to taste or identify a meat while you are eating). The picture stays it all - a very sad sandwich, overall. I ate it and didn't complain, because I was starving. Then I ran out, and never looked back. Would you be satisfied with eating this? Goodbye Jimmy John's.

New to Spring Branch, Jimmy Johns!!! Went at lunch today. Place is new so it was exceptionally clean. More than 6 people working today and the service was freaky fast! I had the #12 Beach club on wheat bread. It was so good and very fresh. Bread was so soft and scrumptious! Has the little seeds in it. Sandwich didn't stay together very well because of the mayo/avacado/tomato kinda messy. Had the reduced fat chips, like kettle chips to me. Those were also really fresh. Health Dept score is an A as of today! So I hope they keep up the good work. Place was very busy by the time we left but people stilll got their food fast. Kinda pricy for a sandwich but it's the quality that you pay for. 10$ for sandwich, chips, and drink. No napkins on the tables, you have to ask for them. They do have two tables out front for outdoor seating. As well as a drive thru. Everyone was very friendly and attentive to the customers. I asked and this location does not offer sprouts. Other locations do though!

    #5- Vito?? Main ingredient missing

Ordered a #5. Guess what's missing? All the meat. If I wasn't all the way across town already I would go back. How do you forget the main ingredient? This isn't the first time.

I like Jimmy Johns subs the most of any chain sub place, but this location is always slow. Not freaky fast at all.

It was a 10 out of 10 experience overall. The service was fine but the food really stood out. I ordered the burger and fries which were surprisingly delicious. The chips and queso were also really good which says a lot since I'm not usually a chips and queso person. Prices were very reasonable as well which we all appreciated. My friend ordered the mini crab cakes and loved them especially because they weren't heavily breaded. Overall no real complaints except one of the lemon drops came out without the sugar rim that was listed on the menu and our server did not seem interested in correcting it.

The indoor and outdoor seating gives it such a warm, relaxed vibe, and the bakery case is always stocked with cookies, danishes, muffins, and more. Their menu covers everything from brunch to sandwiches, burgers, and salads. I brought my family visiting from North Carolina, and it was the perfect spot. I had an amazing cappuccino with oat milk and caramel, and my go‑to favorites -- the Chilaquiles Hatch and French Toast -- were just as good as always. Service was A+ and a must‑try if you're anywhere near Bulverde.

Very knowledgeable of the menus and what was available. She was very attentive to our table while we were there. Always checking on us if we needed something. I watched her as she made her round and she gave the same service to every table that I watched her at. The food was brought out in a very timely manner and was it still hot and very good. We both had the crawfish poor boys. They were perfectly made. The ambience there was very friendly and sort of noisy. However, this is the kind of restaurant that it is. There's people from all over, talking about this that the other, so you overhear each other's conversations. Again, the food was outstanding and very good. However, the bright spot was the young lady Mattie that insured our moment in the restaurant were very good. Thank you Mattie for a wonderful lunch experience.

Daughter loved her chicken sandwich and granddaughter gobbled up her fries and chicken nuggets. We had fountain drinks, lemonade and tea. Next time I will go for the Butterfinger shake - they looked fabulous!

We went through the drive thru and ordered 2 sandwiches. I…read moreordered the Turkey Bacon Bravo, substituted sourdough bread and mayo for the bread and sauce that it normally comes with. I got NO bacon. The mayo was one squirrel that basically didn't even form a line down the center of the bread. No way could it cover the slice of bread from edge to edge. I had ordered the meal without pickle, but of course the employee put a slimy juicing pickle in with my sandwiches that leaked juice all over the bread. So the bread was soggy and tasted disgusting. I replaced the bread at home and then added my own mayo, edge to edge. My wife ordered the Cranberry Walnut Chicken Salad, with the request to add mayonnaise. I guess the employees either think mayo is disgusting or management has tasked them with rationing it, since she had 5 drops of mayo on her sandwich. She added more at home. She also ordered no pickle yet her bread was next to another juicy one, that ruined the taste of her sandwich. Both of us ordered bread and butter for our side. We got the bread but no butter. We love panera at other locations, since they seem to be able to flex on orders. We have been to the Panera in Spring Branch 4 times now each time the orders have been wrong. I've called and complained 2x, got discounts on my next order... but that isn't worth it when the employees can't seem to deviate from their training. So if you go and want what they'll give you it's a pricey meal at over $20 for 2 sandwiches. But don't go if you're going to make any changes to your sandwich. The employees will not be able to process your request. It's just not something that they have been trained to do.

I ordered on Yelp and unfortunately by the time my husband arrived for the order they had run out of ribs :( made me sad because I was really looking forward to the ribs. It's a chain restaurant so I was skeptical. Happy to say we were all satisfied, other than the fact that they had no ribs! That just means we'll have to return. Our order was ready very quickly too which is a plus! Overall good experience! Definitely recommend!
