Waited 15 minutes in a line with two people to be told they didn't do chopped salads and the lady proceeded to say they didn't have any spinach to make it. I ended up leaving while I saw that they did have spinach on sandwiches. I wont be back. This location was one of the worst I've been to. Go elsewhere. read more

Honestly I'm grossed out by this subway. First of all, one of the worker's cell phones was sitting on the bar where the sandwiches are made. I told them how gross that was and they moved it, didn't clean it. There were also hardly any veggies and the lettuce and spinach were wilted and bad. The bread is also not fresh and the sauce we wanted was out/had not been filled up. The floors were dirty and the cleanliness of the entire establishment is beyond questionable. We will never eat at this location again. Went for a simple dinner yesterday and it turned out horrible. First of all as soon as we walked through the door we were asked how many sandwiches we wanted, mind you we haven't even looked at the menu yet so we told her we needed a minute and she again asked how many sandwiches we needed so i told her again that we did not know what we wanted yet and then you could tell she was upset. while looking for what we wanted the boy making a sandwich at the time (for a to go order for someone else) dropped it on the floor and then the girl tells him " it didn't touch the floor so its still good" she told him to just put it on the paper and then he picked up the meat off the floor and put in a cup and then started making a new sandwich without changing his gloves and then my husband noticed that he used that same meat when making the next sandwich!!! Once the girl started making our order she was getting it wrong even though we told her exactly how we wanted it and then started slamming things around to make a new sandwich so we got our money back and left. How do you reuse food that was on the floor or even close to touching the floor. So nasty!!! The most uncomfortable situation I've ever had at a subway. The lady was very rude throwing items everywhere and just not making anyone seem welcome. I've been to a lot of subways, and this is the worst. The two young men that were working there did not have a clue what they were doing. This is the first time I've had that kind of experience at a subway. Was no one in there, and yet they did not even acknowledge that I had walked in. Worst subway in Seguin, 46 is better and on 123 is the best. Workers are kids that don't care about cleaning or restocking anything so selections are slim. Most of the time the only thing they do in there is listen to their earphones and ignore customers. Cashier is great but she can't cover for all the dead weight she has working with her. Most of the employees there are fantastic! Very nice... One guy recommended combining chipotle with the Subway vinaigrette and it was amazing! One time I ordered a flat bread pizza and the crust was like chewing a brick. Another time I ordered double meat on a foot long which I was happy to pay for and the lady tried to give me 1.5 meat. In other words, instead of 4 trays of meat (2 per 6 inch section) she gave me 3 trays. 1 tray per 6 inch section then spread the 3rd tray through the entire sandwich. I pointed out double meat on a foot long would be 4 trays but she refused to agree. It worked out to my favor because they forgot to charge me for the double meat. I pointed it out to them after I sat down and took out my wallet to pay for it but they said nevermind, it was their mistake so I didn't get charged for the double meat. It doesn't take away from the fact she initially tried to rip me off. Shame because if it wasn't for her trying to rip me off and the hard flatbread, I'd give them 5 stars. read more
