This was our first visit and as advertised the food was very good. Service was fine but our problem was the cleanliness. Tables were not cleaned and for that matter the floors were not cleaned yet two employees stood around talking for most of our visit. We will take a good look around before we order there again. read more

Awesome service welcoming staff. And all in all great experience for my first visit A special Thank You for supporting my grandson David and Special Olympics read more

Fastest service I've ever had today! I usually get the #2, and their sandwiches never disappoint. If you're looking for a good meal and quick-yet-satisfying service, this is the place to be! read more

Love this place. The sandwiches are amazing and the staff is super nice as well. The restrooms are clean and the restaurant itself is well maintaine. I highly recommend trying this place out. read more

The service at this location sucks went in here today and the two girls behind the counter were very rude and hostile throwing the sandwich around and making snarky comments then the one girl on veggies drowned the sandwich in oil and vinegar no other location I've been to puts that much oil on a sandwich. What a waste of 20 dollars. Every single time I've come in I order the exact same sandwich and those two girls were so inconvenienced because they weren't paying attention. This store is not customer focused at all I'm not coming back for an expensive ruined sandwich what a waste. read more

Hair in my steak and cheese sandwich! Multiple strands. So disgusting. I will not return to the location in Alamo ranch again!

The manager here at jersey Mike's was nice the whole time she is amazing she got us our food fast and when someone came in to argue she keep her calm she made me and my family feel so happy and welcome read more

I really like Jersey Mike's and when you order online, it seems like they always get your order, correct. Never having to wait too long and the restaurant is fairly clean. The employees are always very friendly and their little cookies are delicious. But the only complaint I have is I wish they would have some kind of spring mix or baby spinach. read more

Excellent service and food. They're kind enough to remember the order for my mom who doesn't speak fluent English. Clean and ample parking. The lot itself is in a strip mall but you can't drive thru because of blocks in front of parking spots. You'll have to drive around and not cut thru. read more

Love the new place! Indoor seating, YAY!! Meats and cheeses sliced in front of you. Veggies fresh, too. Clean and open concept. Enough employees so you're not standing in line long at all. Vegetarian options available. Convenient location. Friendly and patient workers. Would recommend! read more

When they have the right staff, it flows very smoothly. They've recently hired more experienced staff and it shows

food 5 * service 1 * ambiance 5 service rating is for mobile/in store order on 1/30/24. we have ordered online before and had short delays. lack of concern from counter personnel and problem with order not being filled in order it was placed were concerning. NOT the quick order/pick up we were looking for. took longer than at a sit down restaurant. sammies have been fresh and or hot as ordered, usually correctly. we have had a wait a bit after estimated time for a mobile order, but not overly long. experience on 1/30/24 arrived about 5:20 to empty store. was waiting to hear from my hubbie before ordering. son & i started mobile order while we waited. turned out hubbie had already placed an online order, so we finished placing ours... time 5:25 to be ready at 5:40. hubbies order was supposed to be ready at 5:39. during this time, steady stream of customers. our bags were lined up on counter ahead of rush waiting for sammies. hubbies order was ready about 5:45, meanwhile, no order for us. people came, ordered, ate and left and still no food for us. i went and asked, was told, they were still waiting on our sandwiches. i stood at counter watching grill guy make cheesesteak after cheesesteak - none mine. more customers came and went. counter personnel seemed unconcerned about my wait. just kept telling me not ready, meanwhile row of bags placed after mine were filled and picked up while i continued to wait. took over 35 minutes to get an order for 1 sub and 1 cheesesteak. no one seemed overly concerned about it. that was probably the most frustrating part. im STANDING at the counter and NO ONE is bothering to see what the delay is. 20 minutes past estimate seems extreme, especially when it was obvious my order was not being filled in order. read more

Customer service was very poor , I went there with a free sub coupon, I gave a tip also and purchase a coke , however the rep forgot my order and his co workers and I was there waiting and waiting them manager ask me how I been helped all the workers were in the back , I feel they did not fill my order on purpose due to me bringing in coupon and the rep at first gave me torn bills I ask for bills that were not torn .. just over all poor service the manager was nice read more

First sub from Jersey Mike's. Made perfect. I've always wanted to try them but they weren't on UberEATS. Now they are. I'll definitely be back. It tasted so fresh. Way better than firehouse and subway. I feel like I should have ordered two. Thank you for a wonderful lunch. read more

Been to this location a few times. Didn't want to leave a review based on a single visit. Food - love the hot sandwiches. Delicious every time. Service - Staffed by younger people who are trying to meet the expectations of a fast kitchen and difficult public (life in general). The more senior employee manages the crew to keep production flowing. The newer employees seem to improve every time I visit. They work hard to improve their craft. Kudos on that. To the youths: Keep up the growth; the most valuable things to take from this experience are teamwork and work ethic. Five stars for (a) the consistently delicious hot sandwiches, and (b) progressively improved service over time. read more

Nicely presented sandwich, plenty of everything ordered, and fresh ingredients. Thank you Jersey Mike

I have truly never been more disappointed in a simple sandwich shop. I'll start with saying the food itself is great! However the service? The establishment is a damn shit show. With 8 employees, and a manager in my sight at all times you would think they were overstaffed. But as I waited to place my order, I had plenty of time to see just how disorganized their system was. One employee on the slicer, one on the fixings - makes sense, sure. But one employees sole job was to wrap your sandwich and hand it off to the employee at the register. What were the other 4 employees doing? Who knows. I saw one recleaning the flat top the entire time we was there. Another I have to assume was on break because they continued to come from the back of the store to refill their drink at the soda fountain but I never saw them otherwise. And the other two were just .. around? The manager made a quick appearance to literally look around, say hi to the line of 6 people waiting to order then he retreated to the back. There were online orders that came in while we were waiting/ordering, that were STILL waiting once we finished and were leaving. At some point there was a sandwich that the employees couldn't figure out who's it was. We watched the fixings girl ask one of her peers "what is this sandwhich?" only for all 4 of them to stop what they were doing and gather around it to investigate. I could keep going but I wont. And I would absolutely love to eat here again but unfortunately I never will. read more

Very nasty. I was not impressed. Ended up throwing the food away. $27.00 later. 7 employees and not one knows about customer service. Very sad. The restaurant bread on the counter and tables not clean. I will not be back. read more

10/10 experience! i came in 10 minutes before close, was welcomed with smiles and helped right away. They made fresh bread and bacon for my order, though i had to wait (which i don't mind since it was closing time) i had the pleasure of meeting and talking to the managers and amazing staff, shout out to Luis! Thank you guys so much for the wonderful experience and food, will return! read more
