This is ridiculous. I order and the lady tells me they ran of almost all the sauces. Fine. I ask if they have ketchup, she said yes, so i asked for ketchup. Came and pay and left without looking when i look at my bag. NO NAPKINS NO STRAW FOR MY DRINK NO FREAKING KETCHUP ANDDDDD 3 nuggests instead of 4. Im a regular since I live in the area and can see he is working hard to turn that place around and he is doing a great job, the food was hot and fresh and I got my order really fast! will definitely be going more often to this Wendy's now!! read more

I was hungry and after seeing the commercials about their new fries, I decided to order a meal. I had a friend pick it up. The burger was made to my specifications, however, it was stone cold! not even any indication of warmth. It was greasy! I only live 4 miles from the store so you would get some sign of warmth! Worst Wendy's experience EVER. If I could give it ZERO stars I would. There was a very long and slow line in the drive through so we used the app to place our order and pay. When we FINALLY got to the window they Manager, Gloria could "see" our order but for refused to give us our food. She told us there was a problem with the technology and that sense we pay through the app she could not fill our order and to call the customer service number in the app. We called and "customer service" was closed. We had to leave with no food even though we paid through the app. Now I'm having to dispute the credit card charge. As we were driving away, we got a notice that the order was ready! Well waited for over 5 minutes just to have our order taken. I'm not sure why since there was only two cars in front of us. And the first car left pretty fast. Waited for our order then as we pulled away from the window I decided to look to make sure they had give me a spoon for my chili. Yes they gave me a spoon but I didn't even give me the chicken nuggets!!! Seriously!! My husband had to go inside to get my chicken nuggets. They used to be good but they have gone so down hill. I know this is "just a Wendy's ". The service is horrible. I have come by this restaurant about twice a week as I'm working in Seguin for the last 6 weeks. Each and every time I have gone through the drive-through, the person at the first window simply states how much I owe them. No greeting and no salutation other than "next window". The person at the "next window" simply shoves my food out the window into my car. Again, almost no words are used at all. If I ask for a condiment or cream/sugar for my coffee, each and every person I have requested that from has rolled his or her eyes and then turned around without another word to grab the condiments and thrust them out the window at me. Very poor customer service and an even lower level of simple human decency. Booooo. I gave one star because the app won't let me leave fewer. read more

I love the drive threw here when I'm coming home late the night staff is always in a good mood and smiling and I never get someone mad or upset I'm coming really late, they also never mess up my orders and sometimes they are a handful. It may not have good reviews from others but if you're in a rush and don't have time to cook or go out at least they are in a good mood and you get your correct order. Twice I have gone there and our order has gotten messed up! During a rush, there shouldn't be a long wait and then a 15 minute drive home to find that your order wasn't what you asked...bacon under-cooked, sauces when asked to be plain. No receipt given...makes me feel like they are keeping you from feedbacks. Also, the personal staff are not very pleasant! I avoided this restaurant for years and now I know what I wasn't missing!! The first time I called to complain, I was offered to fix the mess up - but like I am going to rush to get it not right again!! I have worked in the fast-food industry to know this is NOT good - great customer service!! Us as customers have worked hard for our money and decided to support your restaurant and purchase food from your establishment, the least you can do is pay attention to the order and get it right. wow, I don't know who's been hired or fired lately but something has changed and not for the better. This was our second visit this week, our first ended after we arrived there to find out your lobby was closed due to lack of employees, today wasn't much better. We pull up and go in to see A.) an employee complaining to a customer about how she was lost because today they have her on drive-thru ...B.) Customers in drive-true (2 cars) waiting on food for 10-15 minutes with a near empty lobby. C.) Head lady in charge giving attitude to a customer unhappy with her order. Now the fault that we stayed after seeing all this was mine, but the rest is all ya'll. We get our order after a 20 minute wait for three burgers 3 fries and three drinks and while my burger was tasty my fries were old, hard, cold and tasteless as were my 2 friends fries, to make things worse their burgers looked like they had been worked over for non payment of a debt. I took the fries back and the counter worker was polite enough to fix that part of my issue. Now I've had that job and can do it, high, blind, crippled and crazy with better results. What's the point of a remodel if the place is staffed with sub-par employees? As for the 1 complaining about being put in drive-thru....I've dealt with her and her non existent people skills, I'm guessing she can't work the line either or they'd have pulled her of interacting with customers altogether.
