I placed an order on my app. Said order would be ready at 11:38. I picked up at 11:53 and the fries were cold and greasy. I have worked at Arby's in my past. I ordered a nice birthday meal through Favor (Food delivery). They sent me the wrong drink (Diet Coke instead of a Lemonade), and was missing pats of my order: 6 piece Mozzerella Sticks and a Salted Carmel & Chocolate Cookie. Sure, Favor credited me for my next order with them, but that doesn't get me the missing food, now does it? I went back for the first time since October 3rd of last year when they mest up my order for the 3rd time. I ordered 4 beef sandwiches and added cheese and AGAIN they forgot the cheese I paid extra for! over and over this is the fourth time in a row that this has happened. it seems impossible to mess up that many times. They don't have any customer inside or out and I was the only person they were serving and they can't even get one order right. It should be no wonder why Arby's is going down the drain and has no business. Its quite literally the only fast food place with no one in line. Honestly that is the only reason I choose to eat there. I said I would never eat there again and gave it one more shot and the SAME exact thing happened again. Genuinely I am done with this poorly run business. I don't know who manages this place but it couldn't be more of a failure. read more

The manager is really rude, when I came in the manger by the name of ivy, was being very rude to her employees and wouldn't respond to me when I needed help, not very fond experience. 0/10 she ignored me as I cried out for help. Not very customer appreciative. Would not go! The bathrooms were very dirty and I asked her if I she was able to clean them and yet again, my request was ignored, very upsetting experience. Lost me for good. Twice online ordered and product not available when arrived. They could call, email, text that product not avail, but they would rather you drive all the way there to tell you. Want your $$ back? Well, you have to call the corp office and be on hold for 10 minutes. But then they can't just refund you, they need all your info, the restaurant info, then they will send to the refund dept. for review. Infuriating, frustrating, criminal really. I stopped into Arby's because a friend had sent me a gift card. The food was awesome, I am not a big meat eater but the roast beef sandwich was so soft and it had a warm soft cheese on the sandwich. They had a horseradish sauce you could dip the toast beef sandwich in or I just brought in my own olive oil and dipped my sandwich in olive oil for a good fat. The curly fries were delicious and seasoned, the food came out hot and the staff were very nice. The restaurant was spotless and had a fun atmosphere with all the red chairs and tables and benches. They have a soda machine, fresh brewed tea, and coffee. I have been there 3 times already and see they may have a new sandwich I would love to try. read more

We went through the drive thru and picked up some food after our float trip down the river. Order was good and correct!

Had a craving so I stopped in here. Food was delicious and ready almost immediately, one of the first places where I didn't have to pull forward and wait for jalapeño poppers! Staff was very friendly and helpful. While they can still only give out 2 sauce packets, that shouldn't garner a bad review. Every business is suffering from shortages right now. read more

Very disappointed. I have never been told I could not have more than 2 Arby's sauces before. I eat the sandwich and fries with Arby's sauce. I cancelled the order completely and won't eat here until they can figure this out. Very sad since I normally get food here twice a week. read more
