Sent wife to go pick up order, noticed she was missing two items. Went back around to window to tell them about it, they argued with her like children that they were in the bag. Upon handing the child at the window the box he fumbled through our food leaving half of the taco box opened. This is after he and two other KIDS came to the window and decided to snoop around like they're detectives. Instead of making the issue correct they argued and gave attitude like morons. I wonder if they talk to grown men like this in physical form?? Or just woman. Sounds like this morning crew has a reputation from the reviews. Maybe fire them all and start fresh? I love me some Taco Bell. But by far. This is the worst location I have ever been to. First time they messed up my order a little bit, to be expected from time to time. The second time tho, entire order was wrong. Wrong items, the few correct items where made completely wrong. Went in to get it fixed and asked to speak to the manager the first thing out of her mouth was "Jesus Christ what now" Then said she would remake my order. My second visit. The first one was bad but de idea to try again because I like encharitos. It was worse time. There were no customers except drivethrough. Restaurant was dirty and obvi tables had not been leaned for a long time. Credit card machine was filthy. Nobody loves Taco Bell more than me but as a recent immigrant from Pennsylvania to Texas I am completely underwhelmed by my new local TB. I've tried this place on 3 different occasions. The first time I went through the drive-thru. I got the wrong order and was told there was no Veteran discount (despite my getting a 20% Veteran discount at every other Taco Bell I've stopped at between Philadelphia and New Braunfels). The second time I gave them a shot I decided to avoid the long line of cars at the drive-thru and went inside. The 5 or more employees inside totally ignored me standing at the counter for a good 10 minutes. This time I DID get the discount and the right food. Today I walked inside again. Again none of the employees even looked toward the counter. I stood there staring at them waiting solely on the drive-thru customers. Went to Whataburger instead. read more

Why allow customers the ability to choose a pick up time if it can't be ready at the chosen time? We even placed the order online almost an hour in advance of the pick up time. They don't pay attention to your order, they just give you whatever. Once I ordered a burrito with no meat (I'm vegetarian) and when I got to my destination and opened it up, it had meat. I called them and the person's attitude was essentially "F*** you." I asked to speak to the manager and she said she IS the manager. I can understand a mistake, it happens. But her attitude was so nasty it was obvious that she screwed up my order on purpose. The next day I looked for a higher up to complain to, like a district manager. But I was told that since this Taco Bell is a franchise, I had no recourse. Stay away from this place, seriously. That woman is so crazy and hostile, who knows what she's doing to the food. I will start off by saying, I have never once left a rating on anything in my life. My experience at this Taco Bell was so horrible that it earns the spot of being my first review on Yelp/ Google/ anything. We waited in line for over an hour and a half (specifically at the ordering area for 30 minutes). The employees will not take the next persons order until the one in front of them has received their food. Each person in the store was standing around or cleaning when the store front was closed and TB was not even closing for hours. I have eaten at dozens of Taco Bell's across the US and this one of the worse. Serve was prompt and staff was kind but the food was horrendous. I ordered a two bean burritos and cheesy Gordita crunch. Beans in the burrito were hard and had a weird texture. Hard taco shell on the cheesy Gordita crunch was stale. I have to agree with the other reviews. Something is off with whoever is running or preparing the food. Twice, we ordered taco bell in a month and although service was fast, quality was not just bad, but inedible. And if I'm hungry, I'm not picky. I ordered 3 crunchy Supreme tacos. There was no sour cream. Which wouldn't have been an issue...except there also was hardly any ground beef, no tomatoes, hardly any cheese and brown lettuce towards the bottom and soggy all around. Yes, some brown and soggy lettuce. Worse part was that the shells were extremely stale. I thought maybe it was just one, but no...all of them prepared exactly the same way. Giving them the benefit of the doubt, we ordered again a few days ago. Same thing. Used to be my favorite. Two of the tacos were split in half right out of the bag. The ingredients went everywhere, but guess what? Same exact thing, no sour cream, etc. Hardly any ingredients at all. I actually had to open the last one (only one that wasn't broken) to see if anything was actually in the shell. That's how bad it was. I can't recommend this taco bell. Which is unfortunate, because I have been to several and this one is by far lacking the most in quality. Not even sure I will go to another one at all. About 20 years ago Taco Bell was the only game around, their food was of good quality and the customer service was spot on. Nowadays though, Taco Bell just ain't what it used to be. The quality of the food is terrible, from the ingredients to the cooking. It's all bad. Every other time I've visited this Taco Bell my burritos were burned. ??? How the heck is this possible? The customer service is usually someone with a blank stare who just wants their shift to be over with. That being said, usually if the food is good you can at least fake it and be proud you're selling a quality product. That's not the case here because they don't have good quality food to back them up. That's a sign of a bad brand and it's only getting worse. Taco Bell is definitely a brand that needs a makeover and quick. You can't sell bad Mexican food in South Texas and expect to survive, there are just too many better alternatives in the area who have comparable prices. read more

I don't really call this Mexican food its more like mexicant food. The foods more of an American version of bad Mexican good hot sauce is like liquid chili powder. Its good for a quick heart attack in a sack I guess. Its just not my kind of place when there's so many authentic places around Seguin with great real Mexican food.
