I rarely get a chance to eat at a Schlotzskys, so when I happen to see this fast food chain location while in the area for a few days, I knew I'd be eating here a couple times. This place was busy at lunch...and it didn't let up while I was there. The sandwiches here are absolutely awesome! As is, these sandwiches are good but doubling up on the meat takes your sandwich to a new level! This location is a stand alone facility with average parking. But the lot was full when I departed. Prices are moderate but this is one of the few fast food joints that I feel it's worth it. These aren't burgers or sub sandwiches. They're a unique type of sandwich. The locals here definitely like them. I think you'll like them too...should you try one. read more

My friends and I always go here and eat and hang out. This and Jersey mikes is the best you'll fine here in Seguin. The employees are friendly and fast. Always very clean! So goood ! Never disappoints the only down fall is the prices. They can be pricey even for just one person. But service is fast. Size I would recommend a small on the sandwich's the calzone is huge ! We never have a problem here. Food is always good, people are always decent and place is always clean. For fast food it's great!

My husband and son got sandwiches the other night , the original and a turkey club. The sour dough bread was a white color and it was cold on the inside and the ingredients were incorrect. They complained and were given free sandwiches when ever they came back in ( this was a to go order). We went back and got the free sandwiches and I ordered one additional for wife. The bread was once again white and the texture was crumbly and the ingredients were not right again. I don't know what is going on with Schlotzgys in seguin but these sandwiches again were a disappointment. I like their sandwiches but I won't go to the one in seguin again. So sad read more

I stupidly keep ordering delivery from this location when I'm in town for work. I would order more frequently if they could simply figure out how to run a circular pizza cutter to cut slices. I know a relatively minor issue except when you're in a hotel with zero utensils and have to literally tear the pizza apart just to eat what you paid for. I order delivery on the road because I'm that busy and too tired to leave the hotel to eat. So to pay ridiculous prices for delivery only to open the box after a long day just to see once again these lazy people won't/can't be bothered with cutting pizza slices is mind-boggling to me. read more

On Wednesday, May 7, my wife made a catering pickup order for a meeting at our church on line including payment, On Thursday, May 8, I went to the Seguin Schlotzsky at 5 pm which was the time designated. I told the young lady out front that I was there to pick up an catering order. She went back to the kitchen. After waiting several minutes for the order, I looked in the kitchen to ask someone about my order. I was told they did not have an order and the manager was on the phone. I asked repeatively to speak to the manager. He eventually came out while still on the telephone and repeated they did not have my order. I attempted to show him the order confirmation on my phone, but he ignored it and said he had to get an order in the store system. Then he went back into the kitchen and would not talk to me any further. I waited over 30 minutes until a young lady brought out my order. The manager was very rude and refused to start preparing my order. He never acknowledged me and never ever apologized for the problem with my order. My wife has used this store location for catering orders with no problems. Well this was a terrible experience. No ice in the ice machine. No options for any sodas in the machine. Only coke and it was flat. No napkins. I asked for the manager on duty and got Caz. A young girl with a nose ring who's response to being out of everything was, "what would you like me to do?" She confirmed this was NOT HER establishment. The girl that helped us at the drive though was so rude; We we're in the line in time to order which was a approximately at 8:53 PM you close at 9 PM she had the audacity to Tell my husband you know we close at nine right he told her no and she said well for future reference we close at nine we were there and gone with our food by nine. Wrote a full report on my first time experience at this restaurant chain and they buried or deleted it. Waited 15 minutes at the counter, had to call back into the prep area for help. Employee came out, couldn't describe what a Deluxe sandwich was or the menu, walked off, says I don't need this, called me the name of a female dog and disappeared. Waited at the counter for 5 more minutes and had to call back to the prep area again to place my order. Manager came out, started arguing with me then asked..Are you telling me how to do my job? It came down to ..do I want this sandwich or not so I let him drone on how busy they were and short staffed. Just prayed my sandwich didn't have spit in it. Watch another incident with a mom and her 4 year old, wanted sweet tea but the front service area was not maintained. The lady had to pick up the tea container and nearly dropped it on her daughter. The customer then called out to the same girl who walked off on my order is there any more sweet tea. The worker grabbed the sweet tea container from the mother and said," yeah, we have some in the back", then walked away never to be seen again leaving the mom with her daughter and a half cup of tea to walk out tge store. The tea was never replaced and cah be seen in the picture reference. It takes a lot for me to do a negative review but this was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I had ordered online which I guess was a major inconvenience for them. They didn't have all of what I ordered but told me no one knew how to charge my card back so I would have to call back and try to reach a manager. Schlotzsky's is Schlotzsky's. The food is good; if you like it you go back. What I'm posting about is their pricing. Togay I [icked up an original sandwich and a bowl of soup. The soup was $4.79 for a small portion in small bowl. When I placed the order I saw the price but figured it must be a generous portion. When I got home I was so disappointed. When I get the craving for their sandwich I'll probably get one. I will never pay that for their soup again. I happened to look over at What-A-Burger and the drive up line was backed up. A little bit off the beaten path of the 1-10 you'll find this schlotzky's. My boyfriend and I were on a road trip from California to New Orleans and I was hankering for an original sandwich. I grew up in the south but have lived in California for the last few years so it has been awhile since I've had a sandwich from here. The driver thru teller was very helpful and kind. My boyfriend has never been to a schlotzskys and she helped him pick a sandwich. We also were looking for coffee and they delivered on that front too. Don't order from here. We just did and they evidently heard us wrong on the speaker- I said a fresh veggie sandwich and they heard French dip ?? Really? Then when I showed them the text from my vegetarian daughter (who'd never eat a French dip!) of exactly what was requested, they said they still heard French dip. Five out of five. This was the best schlotzskys I've been to in a long time, and we go probably twice a week. We were passing through from Austin on our way to San Antonio for a show and decided we needed some food before it was a pure liquid lunch. Lewis greeted us at the drive through promptly with excellent customer service. He was polite, professional, and quick. The way you should be in a drive through. The sandwiches them selves were amazing, slightly heavy on the onions but we enjoyed them. Highly recommend this as a stop for great service and a great lunch. read more
