Our focuses immediately shifted, we were on the hook to see if the flavor of the barbecue matched the incredible aroma in the air. Let me tell you, it did NOT disappoint!!! Wow!!! We ordered a brisket sandwich. The brisket was tender, moist, and full of flavor!! The barbecue sauce was not overly sweet or spicy, it was the perfect flavor and complimented the brisket flavor nicely! The sandwich came with a serving of potatoes. Honestly, I wasn't sure if I was going to like them. I gave them a chance and they won me over! The seasoning was delicious! This truly was one of the BEST barbecue sandwiches that I've ever had!!! I ended up going back for another brisket sandwich because the food was that good! While I was waiting, I struck up a conversation with a group of bikers that had just finished their food. I learned from them that they were from San Antonio, TX. That's where I'm from!!! What a coincidence!! They were also raving about the barbecue. I had to inform the lady taking my order about how amazing the barbecue was and that I am from Texas and really appreciated the quality and flavor of the food. It was an even bigger coincidence when she told me that her and her husband own the barbecue trailer and they are also from San Antonio, TX!!! I told her that they needed to pack up and come back to San Antonio, lol! The delicious food made such a big impression on our taste buds that we will be driving back this way on our return to San Antonio for another round of AMAZING barbecue.
